I am apart of Gunners who is a soccer club in issaquah, Transform Fitness have been AWESOME with what they have provided for our young teams. Competitive team training in groups, teaching them the correct technique and making it super fun!! We will be doing more team training throughout the years to come!!

Transform is great place to enjoy crossfit. Coaches make the classes enjoyable and give you feedback on better technique. I like the programming as well. Its nice to see that coaches highlight scaling options to get the point across that proper technique is far more important than doing workouts Rx. Open gym is a good to do some accessory work. Lastly, especially during summer and fall, I enjoy working outside box to soak in great views of mountains.

I dropped in for a trial workout with Jaime. I joined in with the group who were in their 5th out of 9 week program and it was a great experience. Jaime was very enthusiastic with positive reinforcement, keeping proper form and safety in mind for all the workouts. A lot of fun as far as workouts go.

I have been training with Kieth at Transform Fitness for a couple of months now. Not having exercised regularly over the last couple of years, I was very nervous about strength training. But Keith's method helped me ease back into working out in no time and has motivated me to stay fit! I started seeing noticeable gains in strength and mobility in a few short weeks. Excited about continuing my fitness journey with Keith and Transform Fitness!

Jaime is the best weightlifting coach I've ever worked with. Thanks to his methodical break-down of movements and super effective warm-ups, I am now able to perform snatches well when those used to be unstable and uncomfortable. The atmosphere and energy at Transform is absolutely the best. I've been to the other CrossFit gym in town and I also used to train at Sasquatch when it was open, but Transform is where I'm a member now because I'm making the most progress and having the most fun. Make sure you drop by Transform at least a few times to try it out! 🤗

Personal training class - Me and my husband have been training with Keith for a month now. We are totally beginners. Keith helps us build strength gradually and teaches us how to lift weight properly. He adjusts the difficulty level for us so that we can complete the workout without wanting to give up. Keith is very easygoing and full of energy. He makes our training session exciting and fulfilling. We really like his teaching style.Gym - Very clean, friendly environment.Will definitely recommend Transform Fitness and coach Keith!

So thankful that I found my way to this gym. Everyone here is so welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable. They are always willing to work with you to come up with scaled options for any part of the day’s workout. They do this while making sure you’re adequately challenged and progressing toward your goals. The owners, Jaime and Adrianna, work really hard to cultivate a gym culture that is empowering and encouraging. This gym is a gem that boasts a nice view to take in while you sweat.

We love the environment of Transform! From day 1 everyone made us feel welcome. The coaches all keep class fun and definitely kick our butts! The gym has all the tools you’d need to get a good workout and also improve. The owners are also constantly evolving the gym looking on how to upgrade, engage the clients and connect everyone together. We are so glad Transform found us!

A legit gym with workout plans for all members, not just CrossFit.As a previous NCAA athlete, I've been around plenty of gyms and wannabe CrossFit joints, but Jaime (the main coach) has done a great job of making you feel comfortable here whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. They take a wholistic approach to fitness so it’s not just CrossFit or heavy lifting but a combo of everything that provides for healthy, sustainable workouts.Members are also very nice and cheer you on. I was only visiting the area, but if I lived here I would definitely choose this gym over CrossFit Issaquah or the 425 gym.

This gym is more than just a place to workout; It’s a community of like minded individuals who want to be their healthiest version of themselves. There is a diverse community of individuals at all varying athletic ability. The coaches are warm and welcoming. They make the workouts fun. They cheer you on and encourage you when you get tired. If you are new, they breakdown the movements to where you do not feel lost. It keeps me coming back to enjoy getting healthy.
