Trained here for about 3 weeks. Loved my time here! The BJJ instructors are FANTASTIC; highly effective, clear communicators. The mat is pretty large and seamless which is nice (most places have many small mats placed side-by-side, with tons of sweat/dirt/hair/gunk visible between the mats). Good focus on safety, as well as BJJ for both self-defense and sport. Gi and no-gi classes offered. Prices are reasonable and within the ballpark for the area.My only complaints are that the parking lot is too small, and there aren't any weekend classes (Saturday open mat available). Otherwise, this spot is EXCELLENT!

Very professional and caring coaches /owner. Enrolled my son when he was 9 years old, 2020, in jiu-jitsu and he learned how to be confident and most of all how to defend himself if someone were to attack him. As a parent, this was peace of mind and I owe it all to this gym.

While in the muay thai classes I felt very welcomed. The traing was fun and great exercise.
