They don’t honor 3 day complimentary passes. For the gym being 3 years old it’s pretty run down. My first time there I experienced 3 broken cardio machines. Needs a deep clean and machines to be fixed.

The Eastvale gym has gone downhill in the 3 years I’ve been there. They took away the towel dryers in the locker room, the shower water smells bad, peopleBasically making out on the gym floor, people working out barefoot. Fortunately the members there are great.

0/10 do not recommend. I wouldn’t give this location one star but couldn’t leave a review without doing so. This gym is filthy. It smells horrible. The equipment is disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. The customer service at this location is non existent. Minimal equipment. Basically, just go somewhere else.

The staff and facility is nice but it seems lockers get broken into on a regular basis. Also their sauna is either broken or they decide to clean it during peak hours. There managers never respond and you can never reach them.

This 24 hour fitness is probably the most pathetic one that I have visited. I travel for work, so I visit a lot of these gyms and this one is probably the smallest most overcrowded and under kept gym I’ve been to.They have no mats and won’t let you use the mats in the workout studio. All of the gear is not maintained and is filthy. Not a good place to be in my opinion.

Nice gym sales people need better training. Went it to look at the gym and sign up for a guest pass. Schedule a phone call to be on Friday at 4 pm get a phone at 10:51 the next day. Whats the point in scheduling a time to call back if your sales man is just going to call the next day to bug me anyways. Lost a sale. Just going to sign up online then go through a salesman who cant keep a call back time.
