Filthy. Bathrooms and showers are a nightmare with every thing breaking or broken, the sinks barely work and were dirty. Showers were cold, low pressure, and smelled. Hands down the worst planet fitness I have ever been to, Avoid!

This is a great place to get healthy and relax. I recommend signing up during their $1 sign up deal. You are only charged the $1+$10 or $25 mthly. Depending on the option you choose. They have lots of amenities for black card members, aka $25mnthly. This location is great because everyone is in their own zone. No car chargers , I wipe down seats,equipment/dumbbells before & after use yet somehow brought BEDBUGS home . I got home from this gym laid down & felt something Biting & crawling on my leg & it was a BEDBUG ! I work from home ,live alone , have no guest ,rarely leave my house , yet TO FIND A BEDBUG immediately after getting back from the gym is DISGUSTING!

I’ve been attending PF since April of 2022 and absolutely love it! I was hesitant to go back to a gym, but I found a welcoming community of supportive individuals. I’m down 40 pounds and working hard on getting fit. It’s clean, organized, and well run. I have a black card, so the hydro massage bed and other amenities are a bonus. There are a variety of individuals at different fitness levels, with all body types, and a spectrum of ages. It’s a diverse population of attendees— all are treated with respect and no judgment.

I go to different planet fitnesses but sadly this is the one closest to my house. Why have staff if they’re going to sit on the check in desks ? Not even a “Welcome” or “have a great day” like the other PFs do. Equipment is dirty. You can see everyone’s sweat marks. Yes they have clean up stations with the towels and sanitation but what’s the point if it’s left empty? Bathrooms are dirty. Instead of sitting around why not fill up the stations and bathrooms ?I wanted to get a chair massage and the man told me it was ready. It never turned on. I had waited for 5 minutes and nothing. Unfortunately I was on a time crunch so I decided to leave. As a black card member and someone who’s been coming to this gym for a while now I’m disappointed. Wasn’t like this before but now it seems to be going down.
