I’m a fitness 19 member for over 14yrs. I was excited when Fitness 19 opened in the city of Loma Linda which is close to home. Monday October 16, 2023 I used my fitness 19 card to scan and proceeded to the locker room to put my personal belongings in the locker. I went out onto the floor to workout and seconds later a staff member approached me to come to the front counter. I was then I formed that it’s no longer fitness 19, wow was I surprised, I had no idea. The manager told me that the the Loma Linda location was no longer part of the franchise. I asked what about members who were grandfathered in, to no avail. The basic monthly price is $20.00, I pay only $9.00 monthly for fitness 19. I feel this was to rope people in under the pretense it’s fitness 19 when the plan was in the making to have it become a private gym. I call it “bait and switch which is what has happen. I passed on their overprice membership. I have a second gym I go to after work and I pay $22.00 monthly for a swimming pool, spinning class, aerobic classes with a huge room plus it’s 24/7. You guys owe money back to the new members who purchased their membership under fitness 19. Oh, btw I never received an email stating new ownership. Bait and switch is your new name. 🤮

I’ve been taking personal training sessions with Cristian for about two months now, and it’s been a blast. He is so attentive to my past injuries and always teaches me how to minimize pressure on them. He really cares about his trainees and always is there if I need help with the machines even if it’s not our official session. Definitely recommend trying a session with him! He is so helpful and made my gym sessions so much smoother yet effective.

Amazing, clean & friendly gym! I had the best experience with Joscelinne. She is very passionate for helping others, was very helpful in helping me reach my fitness goals & I was very amazed with how much she knew about nutrition! Such an amazing experience I had to share with others ! I highly recommend her if you guys come to this gym !!

I have been coming to this gym for a few months. I decided to sign up for personal training because I had some goals in mind. My assigned trainer is Cristian. He listened to what my target focus was, did an assessment and began a personalized plan. I’ve had personal training in the past but this has been more intentional with an App that tracks your workouts, progress and has other functions including communicating with the trainer. I have found the In Body scan very helpful and Cristian goes over the report with me. I have met some goals and working on others. Cristian is attentive to form, communicative and listens to the needs of his clients. I’ve had a great experience and everyone at the gym is friendly!

Very nice gym. Within the last 7 years, I've been a member of 4 gyms in the area. This gym is by far the best one. Hopefully, they will continue to make friendliness and cleanliness a priority. The clientele (Gym members) seems to be mostly middle class working professionals which is a big plus. My ONLY complaint is the gym doesn't open until 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. There's many of us who like to start our weekends a little earlier than that. Other than that...keep up the good work!

Very cool place. I understand why they switched it up from fitness 19. I spoke to one of the main managers and he was very helpful in explaining why the upgrade was done. Check out the riverside location. It’s bigger than Loma Linda’s and I believe they have an ice bucket/bath of sorts that’s big right now.

The gym is very nice. I won't take that from it. However, it's a shame how they promoted the gym as fitness 19 when they opened it and now only 4 months later they're changing the name. Being a member of the 19 family for over 5 years i was excited to know that I had a bigger and closer gym now opening near me. Just to find out I only have access to it til September 21st. And the only way to now go there is to purchase their membership. I have the lifetime membership and literally upgraded to the premium plus just so I could go to the Loma Linda "fitness 19". To me, my opinion is, they knew this was the plan from the beginning. They should've just opened the gym under the name they have now instead of promoting as 19 just to get more money!!!

I began going to Fitness 10 in Loma Linda about three weeks ago. My wife joined me about a week and a half ago. We are taking advantage of the free trainers for three sessions. This is the basis of my comments. The gym has so many types of training machines and useful adjuncts, I am overwhelmed. I am following what I had done elsewhere, and that is going well. There are many machines and, while avoideing the 5:30 to 7:00 time, I rarely have to wait for any machine I want to use. The machines are new, work well and the instructors are excellent, very helpful, especially to my wife who is not particularly use to machines. They take our perceneeds serious. They explain things simply and clearly. The one we use is very encouraging. The atmosphere is pleasant, The music is not my taste (I'm considered old) but it is not too loud. I am there to exercise, and it doesn't distract me. The place is clean, looks and feels modern, friendly and thoughtfully designed. We have been encouraging our friends to switch from their present gym to Fitness 19.Harvey

I was extremely impressed by this new location. I travel a lot and look for locations nearby my appointments to get in my training. This gym is perfectly situated next to the medical offices and close to Loma Linda Hospital. They are truly prepared to handle large crowds. They have triple sets of dumbbells, double dual pulley stations as well as two other multi pulley station set ups for all of your needs. 6 power racks with stocked up bumper plates in each station , a weighted belt squat machine... (This place is strength training heaven in the I.E.)There are many other amenities and equipment to suit your needs; tanning, sauna, hydro machines (handful, so you don't have to wait) and a new capsule looking thing I think is called relax pod. It has guided meditation, relaxation, guided breathing and relaxing scenes. I loved it! It even has essential oil diffuser option. Friendly atmosphere and great customer service. Even though I have my local Fitness 19, I definitely plan on visiting this location a couple times a week, especially for leg day since they have a lot of glute machines and a hack squat machine that are different from my local gym. I also appreciate cleanliness and sanitation stations as well as clean restrooms with showers. 🤩 So get the all club membership so you can enjoy more amenities as well as be prepared to never miss out a workout even if you travel!
