Jean is a great professional trainer and I really enjoy working with him. He helps me with my strength training goals and keeps track of my progress and also motivates me to be consistent. I quit going to the gym for 2.5 weeks in between and I noticed a significant drop in my strength and appetite. I would highly recommend Jean for anyone looking to build a healthy lifestyle.

I really enjoy the workout and experience at the Jeanetix fitness. Jean is a great and professional trainer. I struggled to complete all the training processes in the first few weeks. But now, after one month later, I can really feel and see the difference. Every time, Jean would check which part I had trained last time so that he would come up with my personalized workout plan. Sometimes, I come in late at night, and he will wait for me and be patient with me. I’m grateful for his guidance, not just for the workout but also a life style.

I am glad that I joined Jeanetix Fitness. Initially, I wasn't very confident about joining the gym because of my leg injury; not very comfortable with jumping/running, but I must say that I’m super happy with my decision.Thanks to Jean :) He puts an extra effort into tailoring each workout based on my needs while still making sure that I'm comfortable. He has pushed me beyond my limits. It’s been more than two months now, and I’ve seen amazing results in such a short amount of time. I started with Jeanetix Fitness around 5 weeks ago with 4 body injuries to fix - left-hand wrist, lower back, right-side neck pain and right-thigh stiffness.From health perspective, I wasn't doing well because of months of bed-rest which led my body weak. Physical therapy did work but eventually it did not fix my problems to the core. Jean took me in, gauged my ability and started with very moderate level exercises to increasing the difficulty just so that I feel challenged every time. Best part about Jean is his availability for 6 days a week - anytime and the special attention he gives to everyone.His discipline, positive demeanor, calm attitude and motivational one-liners are also that I enjoy!I am glad to say that so far I am relieved from 3 injuries fully and last one partially. Fitness is indeed a life-long journey, happy to be here!

I was a routine gym-goer, who always tackled heavier weights to build muscle. However, I started feeling "heavy", like I had hit a plateau, and the injuries were reoccurring. I started Jeanetix Fitness to work on my cardiovascular endurance, moveability, and to build lean muscle. Though only 3-months in, I am satisfied with the progress. I decided to start working with Jean 2 months ago coming out of a 2 year long hiatus in exercise or fitness. I was out of shape and not happy with the direction my health had taken. I met with Jean for a free 1 on 1 session and he worked with me to help me understand where I was at and where I wanted to go. Moving forward from that first meeting I have been working with Jean 6 days a week and seeing and feeling amazing results. The prices are very fair for the quality of training provided. I have never been more fit or felt better, I could not recommend Jean enough!

I’ve been training with Jean for 2 1/2 months and look noticeably different and feel awesome.Jean is very kind, motivating, and realistic in setting expectations. He listens and always asks how you are feeling at the start of every workout. Equally important, he pushes you just far enough outside of your comfort zone and limits to keep you challenged and motivated to come back.Jean knows what he's doing and why he's doing it.
