I don't know why this gym scores so low. It has a bunch of amenities (bb court, pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room) on top of what you'd expect at a gym. And management is great! My wife and I were visiting from Seattle and came in to workout. We have a gym at home so we were ready to pay $25/day for the 2 days we were visiting. We instead were given a 3 day pass for the same price. The guy halved our cost and we didn't even ask for it... 5 stars

Average gym in a good suburban area. You would think they would invest more money into renovating this gym. It was once a great gym, but as time passed, they let it deteriorate. New elliptical machines are desperately needed. It’s ridiculous how many people are complaining about this issue and nothing is being done about it.

My daughter did the free 3 month teen membership this summer. She forgot to cancel (our fault....she remembered when I got charged the annual fee) so we called to cancel immediately when we saw the charge. I was told by the guy on the phone that her membership was cancelled, he confirmed it in the system, and even though we paid for the entire next month already (plus the annual fee which was also not refundable) she was no longer allowed to use the membership effective the date I called. Fast forward to this month. I get ANOTHER charge for the monthly fee. Called and was told by Adam that they have no record of me calling on 9/15, the membership wasn't cancelled, and I should have been told to come in person and cancel or do it through the app. He then offered to cancel over the phone, told me to look out for an email confirmation (which we got this time), and said there was nothing we could do about the charge and we still had to pay for this month since there was nothing on his end to "prove" we cancelled since their employee didn't make notes. Don't get sucked into any promotions, you may never get out!!!

They charge $25 per visit, but the monthly membership is around $17, however, they make you pay annually. They don't offer weekly or a 1 month standalone membership. They are not good for people visiting or that don't live in a major city. 25 per visit is a complete rip off.

This gym is super busy all the time and the weight machines stay broken for months so it can be near impossible to get on the machines you want to use. The yearly maintenance fee you pay is a joke as they don’t actually do any maintenance to keep the machines in good working condition, they just wait for something to break and then mark it out of order. The women’s bathroom has had two buckets catching leaks from the ceiling for eight plus months which means there is probably mold accumulating. I’m sure this gym could afford a plumber and yet they don’t care about their customer’s or employee’s health. 24 hours fitness can and should do better for its customers.

Beware that they don't honor the 3 day free pass. They need you to sign up for the monthly membership just to try the gym. Then when you want to cancel, you have to stop by the gym. It seems that there is no maintenance in the gym. It looks so old considering the gym grand opened only a little over 10 years ago. The mens bath area is unpleasant. Several showers not working with no water coming out. Grout is falling off from tiles. They have not cleaned it for a long time.

It's a great gym but sometimes Sauna is too full.... I would suggest getting a bigger Sauna.. other than that It's a good gym to work out..

I trained with Personal Trainer Wendy for two months while recovering from a broken foot. I am also a 24-hour fitness instructor, but I had not hired a trainer in a few years. When I broke my foot, I was really down and realized I had gained a lot of weight. I knew I needed help, so I asked Wendy--my coworker. We immediately hit it off with workout ideas. I started in sessions with her in a boot--recovering from my foot fracture. She was tough and believed in me. As my brace came off and I was cleared for more workouts, Wendy has been there along the way. She has literally held my arm for balance. She has seen me be extremely frustrated, and she has helped me gain confidence session by session. Thank you Wendy!
