Two of our daughters trained here for 10 plus years. Amazing coaches taught them more than gymnastics. They became strong, confident young women today thanks to Megan and her staff!

One of the coaches said to my daughter at age 6 “stop being fat and suck your stomach in”. 3 years later my daughter remains self conscious of her body. This has been reported to USA gymnastics. Just putting this out there so others know to keep an eye out for verbal abuse of their children at this facility.

Very large gymnastics facility. My grandson takes gymnastics classes here and loves it. He had a seventh b-day party here and the staff are great and super organized. All the kids had a great time.

We’ve been taking our kids to this gym for the last 4 years. The main staff here is excellent with great customer service. Liz takes care of everyone. We’ve been so fortunate to have great coaches (Carol, Maria, Chris, & Janet, to name a few) for our kids as well and really love that there isn’t much turnover amongst the full-time staff. It makes for a “family feel” as your kids continue to work with the same coaches. Great place for kids to learn social and physical skills!

Amazing facility. I have never been to this location because I’m a guy over the age of 10 and after that age it’s pretty uncommon for gyms to accept you unless you’re a coach.Besides that really functional gymnasium to play around on and learn new tricks.I recommend the facility to start a open gym.Maybe once or twice a week for all ages, where everyone can learn from on another in an appropriate fashion. You can also have memberships for this, or do like a 10 dollar entrance fee. Please take this into consideration I know that you have an outstanding building, with a very modern look. Use this opportunity to expand your community to others.

I was disappointed. With such long waiting lists, I had high expectations of the place. I actually was gymnast with Richardson Gymnastics when they were at the old Heights rec center back in the 80s and 90s. So I had high hopes for my kids. We do not live in Richardson, so a lot of classes were not available to us at all because the waiting lists were restricted to Richardson residents only. When a spot did open up, I had only 24 hours to decide. Because of the long list, I had put my child in another gymnastics place, so there was immense pressure to choose between the two places. There aren't very many classes available to us so if a scheduling conflict arises, I have to pull my kids out completely and not be able to just change classes. That is not a very good business model. It seems you'd want to keep the same people as much as possible for continuity in learning the sport. While I did think the classes are run well and the coaches seem to know what they're doing, I was disappointed by the front staff and their coldness. Anytime I had a question, rather than being greeted with a pleasant smile and willingness to help, I was greeted with a "What?!" and a snarl. I do like that the prices are so low, which is probably why the waiting lists are so long, but because of the long waiting lists, it's like the staff doesn't care if people leave because someone else is there to take their place.Overall, I'm just disappointed by the utter lack of caring about individuals that I was met with. It really did not meet my expectations at all.
