Great personality and very fun to work out with. I was able to fix form on several lifts, get a jumpstart on improving cardio and boxing, and saw improvements in body composition. Look out for renovations coming in 2023.

If you are serious about training Lex is the guy.One on one sessions an hour long.Old school training and he focuses on what you need to improve.Easy to focus no public or people coming in.Just you and him and a whole lot of work!

If you're committed to working hard to improve your health, strength, and endurance, Lex Ronin, Ronin Fitness of Richardson, is your trainer!I've been training with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved. Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals.I began as a 67-year-old in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs. and needed to firm up. I also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength.I would highly recommend Lex. Meet with him. Discuss your goals and his methods. Take a trial workout session. Then make your decision. You won't be disappointed.This is the longest I've continued in ANY formal exercise/training program and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.Mark Lewis2/23/2022

I’ve been working with Lex to use lifting weight to lower my high blood sugar (type 2). Two sessions done and my blood sugar dropped 51 points with essentially the same exact diet before / after (keto). Really thankful!

I had been looking for a trainer for a while and the trainers that I got in touch with were not my style, WAY too expensive or we just didn’t click. When I got a call back from Ronin I knew it was going to be a good fit. I can already see results and he even has me set up on meal plan, which I desperately needed. I’ve never had a trainer before so I was super intimidated my first time but I was worried for no reason. He teaches me the correct form and is patient with me, but not too patient! Plus, we box at the end of each session and I had no idea that I’d fall in love with it as much as I have. So far so good! Loving the workouts and his personality. Highly recommend!!! 10/10 🙌🙌🙌
