Highlights: still in business, family friendly (at least when I've been), great trainers, Ken is very kind; convenient location; enjoy the community of people hereLowlights: deferred maintenance (cracked mirror, exposed electrical, small sections of missing baseboard), needs to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, hit or miss on availability of towels, could use new equipment.

This is the gym I have been looking for !! They have all the equipment I need and 24 hours for a great price. My brother and I are the ones that come here and most of the time it’s just us no one else it’s perfect. The staff if just amazing Kenn and David have helped me out and made me feel comfortable. Their customer service is with consummate elegance. The gym is spotless every time I go all wiped down and organized. Highly recommend 10/10!!

Edit 2: Received refundEdit: Ken responded promptly to an email requesting to cancel, and refunded the December payment(very nice compared to old management). However I've still been charged 3 months extra since I attempted to cancel, which is when the membership should've been cancelled.Old: Impossible to cancel membership. They have not picked up calls or replied to voicemails for the past 6 months. I emailed them last month, was assured that the cancellation will be handled, then was charged again this month. Scummy business practice

The size of the gym is perfect! The trainers and administration are extremely talented, knowledgeable and very flexible to your schedule if you want an instructor. Also, the price is insanely good for what you're getting here!

It has some of the machines I need. They have alot of free weights equipments. Convenient for me because all the workout I need to do is I can do it here. Also it’s not that busy whenever I workout there like around 7pm onwards. All in all I like this branch :)

Impossible to sign up. No one ever there, no one ever answers phone, no one ever calls back. If it’s this difficult to sign up, I can’t even imagine how difficult it would be if you had a billing issue or something similar.

Month later, same thing- FIX THE TV's ! Or take them down,, tired of looking at blank screens..Also bring back chilled water..I like the place. But they have issue's with the TV's. Half or more don't work. Usually I am stuck watching/staring at Emeril on the cook channel selling me cookware.1 tv out of 9 of work today.

My son is a US Marine and he came on leave from Okinawa, Japan for my wedding. He signed up for a month long membership just to use while he was here. Snap Fitness has been drafting his account for a year now and he’s called and sent emails repeatedly. I paid a visit to the gym and called the number on the door and the recording said they would return my call within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing. If this is the way you do business and treat our active duty troops then you don’t deserve anyone’s business! You’re not even worthy of one star.

Overpriced, under equipped, environment is weak, you are essentially paying $30 a month for dumbbells and a treadmill in a space half the size of your garage
