Dr. Eric and his team are the best. I usually feel very anxious when visiting a Dr, but they are so down to earth I felt very comfortable. He knows his stuff, I have gotten treatment in the past at other places and I felt like they were just filling a time slot. Here I know I am actually getting help. Thank you 🙏 …

Dr Eric has a wonderful staff. A special call out to Taelor who worked with me to get my knee flexion to zero after another PT place said I couldn't get there. She helped me get there after 3 visits. She was so instrumental in my program and healing. Also thanks to Theresa who helped me with maneuvering the machines and assistance with routines. These ladies are so professional and like family. Dr. Eric always encouraging. I have 3 more visits to go and I'll be sad to leave but they helped get me to where I need to be and functioning back to normal. I would highly recommend the team at Riverwalk Parkway.

My grandmother had knee replacement surgery and came here for PT. The staff have been amazing and treated my grandmother with kindness, patience, and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and know what each patient needs. I would highly recommend coming here for any PT needs. This statement is from my grandma "Thank you therapists and staff for all your help and courtesy, in making me well again! Rosemary J."

I was really impressed with Dr. Eric Mcgann's knowledge about my injury. He put my mind at ease by giving me a detailed plan on how he was going to rehabilitate my injury and get me out of pain. I highly recommend Marketplace Physical Therapy if you have an injury.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT ATTEND EVEN IF RECOMMENDED BY A DOCTOR/HOSPITAL*Edit: Everything they claim in their response is false. They are trying to save face and their business amidst a pandemic. Kaiser was appalled by their behavior and has launched a formal investigation. Was referred here by Kaiser for physical therapy. Showed up over 15 minutes early, but the poor signage and locked doors made it confusing to locate.I called at least three times prior to my appointment time, no one answered the phone, and the outgoing message said that they are "working remotely" and would "return the call when they were able".Finally found someone in the adjoining gym (not working remotely) and was told because I was over 10 minutes late that they would not be able to service me today.I was turned away, the appointment was marked as a "no show" and they are walking away with insurance money from Kaiser.I have filed an official grievance and am working on getting them removed from the recommendation list through Kaiser.Don't let the positive reviews fool you - anyone can make a Google account.

I am completely satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism. I feel my therapist actually listens and adjust my therapy accordingly to help me achieve my goal of full motion. I would recommend Market place to friends and anyone else that is in need of Physical therapy.

Dr. Nieto and his team are the best! I was treated for my vertigo earlier this year and administered fantastic in-office treatment and gave me exercises and at-home gear that I can do at home to continue with after my allotted sessions were completed. Just today, I came back to be seen for a knee pain that was caused by my leg overcompensating since my ankle injury many years ago. During today's appointment, Dr. Nieto understood where I was coming from concerning the pain and how that occurred. Thank you Marketplace for helping me feel better!

Left sitting in a chair while trainer/therapist's were looking at their laptops or phones. I was not the only person looking around for guidance or support that I witnessed that day. Then there was the whole not wanting to listing to my surgeon but rather go by their program for my particular surgery. The Dr. was awesome but I lost all interest when some 20 something had more important things than me to tend to and listen too. i wonder why they dont have the timers integrated to send signals to their precious laptops or phone. What is really sad is my son did his rehab here and they were great. Potential to be great but left this person struggling to return and I just went with my surgeons PT.
