A very professional caring group of trainers and physical therapists. Friendly environment, with a personal individual touch that has been a fulfilling experience in my recovery. My healthcare needs are definitely being met at Marketplace Physical Therapy (Riverwalk).

The staff here are wonderful. Every single one of them are so caring, helpful, and resourceful. I was excited to go there every time for physical therapy. The wait is also very short. An absolutely great place.

Marketplace Physical Therapy has been excellent. Doctors diagnosis, PT’s, Assistants, have all been helpful in a deep hip injury. The secretary has also been very encouraging. Physical Therapy has really advanced over the years. The chiropractor and massages were not enough. Great place!!

This is the very best place for physical therapy that you could choose. I have been taking PT off and on for 15 years the last place l went l was about to give up until my dr. sent me to Marketplace Physical therapy in Riverside ca. They are surely the very best. The staff is all nice and kind .they use the best Techniques that suits everyone Individually .l can say for once l am seeing results.

In all honesty this place would of been great if they didnt have a revolving door for its staff. It's like people come to work here for a few weeks and then leave. Also had an issue with one female employee who stated she hated working with Spanish speakers. They tell you to tell them when you wont be able to Make it in but when you do they cancel your entire session knowing that you still have 9 more visits to do. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know personally

I would recommend anyone hear they're very personable. Even when they are running late or crowded they still take time to come to you look you in the eye and let you know what's going on. They always have a smile on their face and take the to talk to you ask you how are you feeling and so forth, they make you feel comfortable love it.

I started coming here a couple weeks ago for a knee injury. Not only is the Front Desk staff amazing and kind, but my first visit I was greeted and evaluated by Dr. Eric McGann. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and has answered every question I have asked. He also explains everything they do and why they do it, so I'm not just going to PT and leaving and not understanding why I am there or what they are working to improve.I honestly have gotten to the point where I look forward to going to physical therapy because I know I'm going to be around positive people who are working toward a common goal. I would also like to mention Yassenia (sorry if spelled incorrectly) she has worked with me once so far and was kind and again, took the time to explain why she was doing certain things to my knee and what the purpose of it was.I would also like to mention Pedro! The last two times I've been in he's been the primary one helping me and showing me how to do certain stretches and things. He is always in such a great positive mood and explains things well! I appreciate his kindness and his constant smile.Overall I just love the atmosphere created here. It's motivating and positive and cultivates health and wellness! From the first encounter to the last, I have enjoyed my interactions with each person who worked with me. They are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I don't return home feeling worn out, but energized.Thanks to all!

Excellent care received at this clinic! Outstanding , Superior staff that provides top notch professional service-great physical therapist -will continue to utilize this location for all my medical, rehab, retraining, strengthing needs- a added bonus is the full workout gym which is connected inside for convenience. Would highly recommend !!!!!!!

I visited the Riverwalk location recently and was greeted by Jessica. She was very courteous and helpful. After a short wait, I began my physical therapy with Casey and Yesenia. They were both accommodating with my therapy session. I observed them with other patients and they were all treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Market Place Physical Therapy to anyone.
