I've been a member here for about two years. I continue going here because it has all the equipment I need and it's cheap. The two star rating is primarily because of the consistent lack of upkeep of the men's restrooms. Literally 90% of the time there is no paper towel to dry your hands after you (try to) wash them. You might think this is not a problem, because you could just dry your hands under an electric hand dryer, of which there are two. Think again. The hand dryers have been out of service for the better part of two years. The inability to dry one's hands is especially problematic in the midst of a pandemic, as germs spread much more easily via wet hands than dry hands. Moreover, there is often a no soap in any of the three soap dispensers, making it impossible to actually wash one's hands after using the restroom. This is basic stuff, folks. There doesn't seem a ton of upkeep necessary to keep this place running. REGULARLY checking and restocking the restrooms should be priority number 1. I don't feel like we're asking a lot here. Look at this week alone. I went to the gym 4 days, all different times (i.e., morning, mid afternoon, later afternoon), and literally 0 of the times I went was there paper towel in the restroom. One of the days there was ZERO soap in any of the soap dispensers. Please do better! I feel like I shouldn't have to pay premium gym prices just to have well maintained restrooms. Or am I mistaken? Are clean, well-maintained restrooms actually considered premium amenities for which one needs to pay $50+ per month at another establishment to expect?

Very disappointed at this gym and the staff. I first moved to Riverside, CA for school. I had a phone number and I got the black card membership. I then got a new phone line with the area code. Later I switched my membership from the black card to the basic. They asked me for all my information again. I gave them my new phone number. I told them I wanted to switch plans. Instead they opened up another account with my new phone number.The manager held no accountability when it's common sense that a member should not have two accounts. I closed down one account because I was moving. Then I was wrongfully charge for the basic for months! They were stealing money from me by not closing down the black card and switching my plan to the basic. Then when I closed an account they did not automatically see on file I had another account. Very unprofessional and ignorant. They had 1 job! Do not recommend and be careful switching plans

Man…I just gotta say that I love this gym. I moved to the area and thought I would give some other gyms a chance…quickly regretted the decision. Planet fitness is affordable and the percs of the black card are nice! Staff always super friendly and have never tried to be upsold on anything. I appreciate the simplicity and ease I can get my workout in. My only room for improvement, recommendation? Some cool water in the water fountain would be great. Truly a great gym experience so far!

Great staff but the place is going down hill like the rest of that Neighborhood. Restroom always smell and they are rarely clean. The spray cleaning bottle look very diluted mostly water. The Massage machine never work. I usually go to the one in Corona it's all ways clean and ready for me to get a good workout in.

The staff was really nice. The hydro lounge was broken. Toilets were kinda nasty. No soap dispenser in the showers.

Yeah , I really enjoyed my workout, everything I needed to build muscle is there, I'm sixty two years old and in the best shape ever thanks to planet fitness I'll hit my old mass gain of 205 , I'm only five six and fired up, thanks to planet fitness and it's staff

Love this place! Super clean, very friendly staff. Equipment all functional I'm great condition. Very nice & positive atmosphere! ❤

Went by to inquire about obtaining a membership & PF exceeded my expectations. Before entering the establishment I had negative thoughts. Staff were VERY FRIENDLY & WELCOMING. YOUNG MAN BROKE DOWN THE PLANS & PAYMENT OPTIONS WITH GREAT DETAIL. I EVEN GOT A TOUR OF THE FACILITY. GREAT OPTIONS, GREAT AMENITIES, OVERALL GREAT ESTABLISHMENT. I STAND CORRECTED & HUMBLE. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE JOINING THIS GYM. HANDS DOWN AN OVERALL GREAT PLACE. THANK YOU PLANET FITNESS FOR UR HOSPITALITY. SEE YOU SOON.

Decent club but the music is waaaay too loud! Jeez, like in a night club. Especially in 30 min workout area. I even bought over ear headphones with noise canceling and even they couldn’t help. Hope it will reach the management.

I haven't been going to planet fitness since the Corona virus started. But they took money out of my account all of a sudden! No wonder I can't find there number.. I'm not the only one that has this happen! If I go to another gym it's not going to be planet! I never got a phone call asking if I want to pay for it. No I don't want to I know almost 20 ppl that got the virus. I want my money back!
