100 degrees outside - the a/c barely is turned on. They have 1 "big a$$ fan" in entire gym- recently moved the stair climbers away from the fan. But they'll turn the a/c soon as it's 101... Just notice the entrance door is wide open so all that cold air is going right out the front door. The staff just looks braindead

Sad planet fitness is still closed while all the other gyms have opened. I joined Crunch Fitness of Riverside because they reopened many months ago. I pay the same amount as planet fitness. I asked Crunch why they were able to reopen and they said as long as the follow CDC guidelines they can be open. They don't have people waiting outside and let in all their members to workout. Masks are required and equipment is spaced far enough for CDC requirements. Up

Worst planet fitness ive been too. 6-10-21 around 7pm it super noisy and dirty. The two employees were to lazy to say anything. I'm not going to the location again.

Even before the pandemic, this location has been on top of their sanitization. I love how respectful the members and staff are. Everyone tends to mind their own business. I absolutely love this gym.I would definitely get the black card membership. I love that you can have access to a hydrobed, massage chair, tanning booth, or their gimmicky red light machine lol. You just sign up by the check in area and wait. I love it! You can even bring a guest with you, free of charge, they just need their ID and to sign in on the guest check in list. Ohhh, and you even get to use other gyms! They were normally 24hrs, so definitely try Planet Fitness! :)They also sell protein shakes, water bottles, pre work out (I think), and electrolyte drinks.

Great atmosphere. Small crowd most of the time so you never have to wait long for a bench or equipment. I havent had any issues with any homeless or sketchy people in the surrounding area of the parking yet, but always be aware just in case.

I like this gym & you can't really beat it for the price. I almost never have to wait for any machine, just once to use the hydromassage after working out. The staff here is friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

I know this place gets a lot of heat, but it is actually quite enjoyable. If you were a bodybuilder, then obviously equipment would not suit your goals. But for me, I’m just trying to be healthier, and keep moving. I do 2 miles of cardio day and leave, nothing crazy. I highly recommend it To anyone that has a relatively inactive lifestyle. I have an office job so this is perfect to get daily movement in.

Walked in, just needed a day pass since I’m only in town for a quick business trip, saw an employees name that I had never seen so I asked how he pronounces it... He said “why”, I say “so I don’t say it wrong”, he says “you don’t need to know my name for me to help you. What do you need?”, then turns to the girl next to him & points at me for her to help me. Later I tried to joke with him about never learning his name he still continues with the arrogance & says “you can read my name tag. I don’t need to say it”.Man I was stunned! Lemuel, you got a cool name but a rotten attitude, bro. I walked out of there so quick. I would rather die of obesity and be disrespected like that. Oh and $20 for a day pass is criminal.

I would have given you a 5 star review! We moved away from Riverside in May to Las Vegas. When we moved I cancelled our membership and were told by staff we would not be billed again. Upon moving we had some fraud on our bank account and we had to change bank accounts. Planet Fitness proceeded to charge us to the point where now they have somehow got our new bank account debit card info that we never provided and has now been trying to drain our bank account. This is FRAUD! Shame on you all! Now you dont answer our phone calls. People... Please be careful. Change your banks when you leave Planet fitness. I was going to rejoin put here in Las Vegas... No thank you now.

The planet fitness at this location is very open, not compact or anything, you can really Breathe in here. Dedicated sections with clear signs makes it easy to find what you need, air conditioned to make you qork harder to break a sweat which is great. Fast reliable service as well in the front desk, most youll wait is like 4ish minutes. I would honesrly transfer my membership here if it wasn't so rar away from my home. :)
