The equipment is in perfect condition. Friendly staff. I look forward to seeing great results as i begin my new regime! The music was a nice addition to the work-out. So were the numerous televisions located all over the gym. Best thing... they are open 24 hours!

What does the owners of planet fitness have against running hot showers? The Fontana PF is the same and that why I left PF and went to their competitor I don't get it.They spend all this money on a brand new building equipment yet can't afford a new hot water heater, really? Take an ice cold shower and shave in the winter and let me know what it feels like to you. IT F***ING SUCKS!!!

This kid told me 2 weeks ago the gym was going to be open in 1 week from when I sign up. I'm supposed to get a call when is open. Well is 2 weeks later no call, can't get a hold of someone to tell me what's going on, I call another planet fitness gym to see if there is a corporate number for me to call to find out more information to see when is goingto be open and they tell me they don't have a corporate number. I keep reading the negative comments and if this is the type of gym I'm going to bave to be dealing with I rather not joined. So is January the 3rd and no answer yet very disappointed.

Such a bitersweet experience! I've been hopelessly waiting for this gym to open given the set time to had been weeks ago, per your representative that answers the phone. They offer promotions online as well as in person if you'd like to give these guys commission for misinformed opening dates.. anyway, id just appreciate an honest opening date rather than "licensing is required" and "waiting on the city." If this is the case, don't have people answer! Set your voicemail to "we are currently in the process of opening and happily accept registration in person or online. Leave your name and number if you'd like us to contact you once we are open for business! -- Now they are saying they're not set on a date which should have been voiced in the first place rather "this week" no "two weeks" and "end of January."Pros: they WILL be open 24/7 including gym access, tanning and massages. Maybe you should advise your manager to start a list of people inquiring and call them back when it opens instead of me calling every week given the response "We arent open yet but are you currently a member with us?" No, How can I be a member if you aren't open.. you mean am I utilizing this "black pass" in Moreno Valley which takes me 30 minutes to get to? Guess that's what your guest will have to do until you get your doors open. Based off these circumstances, I refuse to fund this location until I am treated correctly as a consumer. To put a Planet Fitness in Riverside was a great idea, so as a business owner, genius but your staff needs to be trained to these questions im sure are flooding in!I will happily leave an updated review once I experience the gym and re-evaluate your guest interaction.

I switched my membership from Fontana to here and I have not one regret. The staff is amazing and this gym has more employees staffed, is the cleanest, and has more machines and amenities than any other location I have been to. The hydromessage chairs cater to those who have back problems since they allow you to be in a slightly seated position. Would definantly recommend getting a black card for this one.

Been anxiously waiting for it to open. I understand it's a new construction and there are times that things are out of the owners control. It could be that the city hasn't given them the green light to open yet I do believe they have to keep us informed, up side we won't get charged until the gym opens. If you signed up for the black card, you can go to other gyms

Very small gym and really packed if your there in a rush hour time. But thank god its a 24hr gym so you can easily avoid the bug crowds. Good machines but there is practically 1 for each machine with the exception of a few. And no free weight except the dumbbells.

I just went today, and it was amazing. It's 10 bucks a month with no contracts. You pay 40 dollars 1 once a year for activation. It's only in April that this fee applies, so if you wait until after, you can skip the annual fee.The place is awesome. The staff members leave bottles and paper towels, and everyone cleans up after themselves, which is great. However, the staff people also clean when they have some downtime.Sometimes the machines that you want to you will all be used during a certain time, but if you wait 5 mins, it's usually available shortly after.The people are great. The staff is kind. The bathrooms and clean, and there are plenty of lockers to put your stuff in.

Long wait for insatisfactory gym, this its a brand new gym and don't have hot water, and not scale to check ur weight, also and the manager have bad attitude that's sucks

As gyms go, Planet Fitness is by far the best out there. Compared to other Planet Fitness gyms, this one is a little on the small side. I found they have 1 weight machine where others might have 2. They also only have 1 tanning room. They do have 3 Beauty Angel rooms though. I also found that no matter when I went this gym was CROWDED. A nice touch here were the lockers outside the locker room if you just want to lock up keys and such. Plenty of well-lit parking.
