Too pricey. Therapy pool is always in use it seems. Too cold of temperatures in the inside pool. No swimmate extractors for wet clothes.

I had therapy at Carilion Wellness Center the therapist was great explained all exercises clearly and helped you perform all exercises correctly I came through therapy great.

After a broken shoulder in 3 places, started PT today 7 weeks later. Was having anxiety about PT but staff was wonderful and I did ok. I can see an end in sight.

Definitely expense for what you get; especially considering other facilities in other cities. Reluctantly a member because they've got the closest pool for lap swimming. Relatively clean location.

Nice clean facility with plenty of classes and equipment available. I would note that the gym is NOT very kid friendly in that the presence of children seems to be quite frowned upon by other gym-goers and employees
