CW works hard at keeping this place clean. When you use a machine or weights or whatever it is cleaned when you get off.

Staff are friendly ,helpful, willing to go that extra mile in service ! The OT staff have given me my life back - walking , thinking outside the house again !

I love this gym. It's in a convenient location, staff is always nice and courteous. The facility is clean and large enough for you to have a place to get your workout done and not be on top of each other.
