I was interested in switching to this planet fitness location; making this my new home gym. The only reason I decided not to pull the trigger on this is due to the fact that now this location has decreased its hours only operating 24/5.And of course the five days of the week they elected to keep open 24 hours are the days that most people(including myself) are preoccupied with their jobs and children. I have everything I need at home for my normal lifting routine. And I was interested in expanding my routine and adding more cardio into the mix. This Planet fitness would have been ideal for me to do this.I wish this locations management/ owners would have reached out to current members to get a consensus of what days would be the most accommodating to the majority of their clienteles schedules.I believe if they put some thought into which days would be the most inclusive days to stay open 24 hours; they would arrive at the same conclusion as myself and all other one star reviewers.Two of the days that should be includedin the 24/5 schedule should be SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.I believe If this locations staff is willing to reconsider and try doing this on a trial basis; this move would appease the majority of people complaining about the change in hours.At worst we would all be aware that this location is in tune with what people are asking for and it would go along way proving that this location values its members that choose to call this Location home.(Update) the staff is interested in making there customers happy and are willing to address and possibly make changes if there is a lot of support from their current customers.

Clean facility. Staff is nice and professional.Everyone has been friendly and respectful. I've observed so far that everyone that is working out wipes down the machine after use. I like this fitness center.I am now a black card member.

Loved it. I normally go to 15 Mile & Schonoerrer. But this one is just as great as my home gym. Friendly and welcoming staff. I will be coming here more often. The beauty of having a Black card membership ❤️🤣 …

I love this planet location. Workers are all super friendly & machines / smell is always clean. They also keep it at a cool nice temperature so I can workout with or without a sweatshirt any season. 10/10

I love this location…the gym is pristine and there are always machines and treadmills free when I go in the mornings. The vast majority of employees are friendly and I truly feel it’s a “judgement free zone.”Took off one star because they choose to air Fox News on the TVs. Not sure if that is a corporate or local choice, but it’s gross either way.Otherwise, stellar experience!

2nd day back after 18 months away due to medical restrictions by doctors. Feel I'm 60% of where I was 18 months ago, strengthwise.

Very clean and cool. Staff members were readily available to answer questions and assist.

I have had a black membership for a couple years; tried to workout the other night and was turned away by the night staff because he didn’t know how to look members up. He told me I couldn’t workout unless I had an ID on me and since my boyfriend drove and I didn’t have my ID on me, I was not allowed to workout.

The experience was ok,there was one person observed working out with no mask and another person removed his mask to sip water near me within a few feet but overall it was good to get back for much needed exercise after almost a year /10 months.
