Well lit parking, always busy, always people around, plenty of equipment and a complete fitness and wellness center. I have visited twice with my daughter as her guest, but I feel comfortable enough to buy my own pass now. Access to the spa, tanning and rumba.

PF Utica is great because not only is the staff beyond accommodating and friendly, they truly maintain the facility to the utmost day and night. By far the cleanest gym I've been too and the equipment is maintained regularly with an abundance to utilize. The manager Brooke is definitely a key player to this facility!

The staff is friendly and respectful and the machines, locker rooms, tanning beds, etc are clean and well maintained. The toiletries, paper towel, fridge are always well stocked and tidy as well. I've been to several in and out-of-state PFs and this is among the best ones.

What a great experience. The workouts are always quick and clean. No waiting and other members at the free weights are all respectful of each other's space. The best part was that I decided to tan (after a decade) and MARISSA assisted me and letme ask all my silly questions without batting an eye. Very sweet and professional. Allyson, the assistant manager, was also helpful and energetic. Thank you both!

I joined Planet Fitness in March of this year. I don’t know why I waited so long to join. I look forward to my workouts. The facility is always clean, well maintained. The staff is always friendly and polite. I ❤️ the new weight equipment that was installed last weekend. The rowing machine is great! I would definitely recommend the Utica Planet Fitness location.

They do a great job keeping this place clean. I joined Lifetime fitness originally and cancelled my membership there because it was dirty and no one ever cleaning the equipment.. definitely not the case here. The workers are always cleaning. Love this gym! Will never go to another gym again.

Believe there should be time limits put on equipment I have seen people just tieing up equipmentThe free weight area the same 5 people had about the the place tide up the hole time I was there they were not doing something the hole time I was there

Gym is clean and organized, have had a few workers give me attitude at this establishment. Recent workers have been great.

Keep up the great work! Friendly staff at the front desk. Can get crowded during peak times. Bathrooms and changing rooms are always clean

Things have improved alot in the past year for some reason.. All employees are professional and. Very friendly . Makes it a better experience. Cheerful, helpful and welcoming staff.
