This was a wonderful yoga studio. The facility was clean and beautiful. The teachers were great. Tons of different classes and with two class rooms you had more options. I picked red lotus because of the class variety and the class times were great for my office schedule. I was not disappointed. The only drawback for me was once I got comfortable with the basic class the next class up (slow flow) was really difficult for me to keep up with. I wish there was a class in-between those two difficulty levels. I left because of health reasons but hope to come back in the future.

Everything about Red Lotus Yoga is top-notch! The studio is clean and well-maintained. And the teachers are experienced, supportive and caring. I have been attending classes here for the last six months and have a noticeable improvement in my health and energy. I never thought I'd be able to do yoga but here I am!! I highly recommend Red Lotus Yoga!
