I appreciate to opportunity to practice via Zoom-same great yoga experience at home. Not quite the same as in the studio, but still well worth it!

I joined Red Lotus Yoga a couple months ago, and couldn't be happier about it. NEWBIES: This review is for you! I'm *brand new* to yoga; highly inflexible (I cannot touch my toes!); and have no background in physical fitness. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at beautiful peace. Literally, from the moment I walked in! The front-desk staff is kind, and the atmosphere is orderly, clean, and tranquil. I've now gone to several "Basic" classes, a couple Slow Flow classes, and a yin class. I have felt cozy and, yes, a bit lost — but happily challenged in all of them. I wanted to try out a variety of teachers, and they've all had something different to offer — though I've found that EACH of them is super kind and encouraging. I have really been enjoying the yoga philosophy, as well. And one last statement: After 10+ years of trying a handful of yoga classes at a variety of studios, never once did I find one that I felt truly comfortable at. In fact, I never returned to one. Many studios tout themselves as "inclusive for everyone" and "welcoming to beginners," but I didn't find that to be true. I never thought I'd find one I actually felt at "home" at. I'm glad I found Red Lotus, and I hope to get into the groove and become a "regular" there soon. :-) My body and mind feel great. (And I'm finally working on being able to touch my toes!)

I joined Red Lotus Yoga three weeks ago and have been attending the classes regularly. I have no experience in Yoga, so I started off going to basic yoga, gentle yoga, candlelight yoga and yin yoga classes during my first week and started going to slow flow and slow slow flow classes from second week. So far I feel my body is getting used to the different styles of practices and am loving it. My body is very relaxed at the end of each practice. The instructors are extremely professional humble and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and are always open to suggestions and feedback. The studio is very well maintained and the aroma in there is absolutely fantastic. I am planning to buy more class sessions and continue. For those who are debating whether to join this studio/yoga, I would highly recommend going here. You will not regret your decision.

Got a five drop in class deal from groupon...it is a great deal!...it has yoga classes 7 days a week and has many variety and always have morning class and also afternoon classes. it really fit my irregular work schedule...I have been to slow flow and basic yoga classes..both of them are great..all the instructors are knowledgable and really nice...the drawback is the class can be really packed..so try to get there early to get yourself a spot..

This is my second home. From the very first time I walked in the door I felt comfort and ease...fast forward three and a half years later, and now I'm a teacher in this sacred space, and of course, always and forever a student. Brian and Kate have created something unique and deeply spiritual. Red Lotus Yoga celebrates yoga in its truest form by welcoming everyone who enters. It's the most amazing studio among many great studios. I am honored to be part of the family...if you're looking for a place to practice, look no further <3.

I purchased a two-month unlimited pass from Groupon for this studio about three weeks ago and couldn't be more thrilled! I've attended about 10 classes, with 5 different instructors and have loved each and every one of them. Although all of the classes I've attended are "Slow Flow" classes, each instructor brings his or her own interpretation, energy, and style into the class. The result is a truly unique practice each time. I plan to try some of the other style classes soon (they have Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin to name a few). The studio itself is quite nice. There are actually two studios, so classes often run simultaneously. The staff have been very helpful and friendly each time I've visited.Overall, I'd say this studio is a great pick for beginners or more advanced students. The variety of classes coupled with the positive energy of the instructors and staff make for an enjoyable practice.

I love this studio. Brian and Kate have a very loving attitude toward their students and have hired the best instructors. There are many classes to chose from, beginner to advanced. I'd recommend this studio to anyone who wants to practice yoga. Brian is an excellent teacher and is wonderful at teaching the spiritual side of yoga.
