It's a really nice gym, not huge, but they have everything you need. A lot of elipticals and treadmills and weight training equipment and also a small indoor track. You don't need to bring your own lock for a locker. Facility is overall clean, and people wipe up their machines after using it. The microfibre cloth is provided. The staff is very friendly and really helpful, the reason it deserves the five stars. 👏🏼 keep up the good work.I just wish that they have a skiing machine.

Just joined, good little place, has pretty much all you need. However, does need some updated equipment though and some personal trainers.

Great atmosphere, people, and good selection of weight training equipment. Cardiovascular equipment is not the latest and "greatest" but, they are continually improving and updating. I highly recommend!

I love this gym. The staff is awesome and you definitely get a workout. The equipment could be upgraded but it gets the job done and it's like family. Love it

Worst gym I've belonged to in 10+ years. In one year, there have been at least 5 times the gym has closed without any warning on their website or facebook. Very poor hours in general. Not a good value for the price, but they are unfortunately the only game in town. Equipment is fine, but with compressed hours both the free weight and cardio areas are usually very busy. I would actually prefer planet fitness over this place!

I had been a member there for well over a year. I've made tremendous progress since I first worked out there, and it's an okay gym. The primary reason I attended was mainly for location. Gym provided "free" weights and plenty of exercise machines like ellipticals and treadmills. Most were functional and decently maintained for the most part. Some of the gym equipment in regards to weight training were worn down, and it took them a very long time to (finally) address the problems with the roof leaks. However, what mainly made me cancel my membership was a problem that I recently had with a front-desk employee who had the habit of being disrespectful to many of the members there, including me, which resulted in a nice little verbal exchange between us one day. When I complained to the owner of this person's behavior, I was told that nothing can be done about the employee because of his "race." I'm not a person who wants people fired, neither am I a person who wants things catered to my will, but there should definitely be some sort of repercussions to those with behavioral problems when they work in jobs dealing with the public. While the owner tried to address the problem the best she could do (from what I was told), I wasn't satisfied with the answer because it ultimately meant that the employee could do whatever he wants and nothing would happen. When a business can't guarantee that an employee's behavior wont be problematic and wont do anything because of that person's race, then it's a clear sign of eventual trouble. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
