Coaches are friendly but demand the best you can do. They modify training that is appropriate to your level of fitness. The atmosphere is to encourage and achieve a level that challenges you.

After my gym closed I went on an adventure to find the right cross-fit gym for me. I couldn't be happier that I ended up at Nova. The coaches are fantastic, members were welcoming, place is perfect. If your looking for a long term Cross fit gym, look no further.

This gym is a fantastic place to better yourself. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help, the classes are designed to push you to your personal limits (regardless of your ability), and the technology available allows you to track your workouts for accurate results. I thank the staff for everything they've done, and I encourage anyone reading to try a class. You won't regret it.

I moved to Rochester 5 years ago and have finally found my gym! The 0500 coaches are amazing and very supportive. I am taking it very slow- and there is no judgement in this gym. Everyone is welcoming and the coaches help me modify the workouts to fit my needs and skill level which I greatly appreciate. You don't have to be a weight lifter or in great shape- just start!
