Facility is clean and the staff is friendly....but.....the treadmills.....are the worst. The controls are hard to use while running and it's hard to navigate. My home PF is in Myrtle Beach and the equipment is a lot newer so it was a hard adjustment. The treadmills were sooo loud to run on that I could hear myself over my music and I have never had that issue. Other than that the facility was great for the two days I am in town.

All the staff I came into contact was nice. I only have a problem with not getting some of the yearly fee back. I joined mid February, yearly was taken out March 1st, with my monthly on March 17th. I had to cancel due to my Osteoarthritis in my knees. No other complaint. The place is clean and safe. I'm going to miss working out. I was doing so good with my workouts. My orthopaedic doctor advised to stop working out at the gym and to begin walking. I was actually making them worse. 😥😢

I will say that I have had a very wonderful experience at this facility. From my very first day (which I was terrified being that I have never been to a gym), I was welcomed by every employee there. I am horrible with names but the gentleman who set me up on my plan was very supportive and pleasant to deal with. Another wonderful gentleman set me up with exercises and a plan, and he and Megan showed me how to work the machines and made me feel that I belong there. Megan was and continues to be encouraging and supportive, as through my tears I explained how scared I am making such a huge step in my healthy future! I was shocked seeing some negative reviews, as I have never experienced any negative behavior but we can't please everyone! I have been going here for about 2 months and I am never disappointed! The customer service here is superior! I just want to thank you all at Planet Fitness in Rock Hill for helping me start my journey to a new life!

Absolutely nasty!! I've been going here since 2016 but will be ending my membership TOMORROW!! This blows right on your face and can not be good for anyone's health! Just totally nasty! If y'all don't do something DEHEC will shut you down. This is bed six but I'm willing to bet all of them are the same!!

Staff are always helpful and friendly, and it's always clean and taken care of. My only criticism is the choice of equipment in this location. Theres a million treadmills, stationary bikes and ellipticals, but yet not a single rower machine. Also, the smith machine and weight area always gets crowded; clearly the demand there outweighs what is available.

Hope is the best!! She’s extremely friendly and very helpful whenever you need assistance. What impresses me most is she remembers each person by name and is always quick to greet each person even while doing so many other tasks up front.

I love our Rock Hill PF. It's always clean. The staff are always pleasant very helpful. Theres always available equipment so you're never waiting for your turn. It's really nice.

Very clean gym! Plenty of equipment but it can get busy at peak times. Being open 24 hour makes it extremely convenient though. The staff is friendly. My only complaint would be not having a sauna.

We love Planet Fitness. Truly is a no judgment zone. Great equipment, great variety, great staff, very helpful. If you're looking for a great place to work out and are not a fan of the "check out how awesome I am and how much I can lift" gym folks, PF is for you!

This is more of a thank you note than a review. Jacob goes out of his way to say hello. I really wish I could say everyone's name. They are all so great. I love how clean it is. Thank you for the friendly service, free smiles and all the laughs. Not to mention the Tootsie Rolls I take. It helps to enjoy the gym you go to and I truly do. See you guys soon.
