The purpose of being A 24 hour fitness facility Should allow you to work out when you want but since their machine never works to unlock the door any time. (EVERYTIME I GO. When I called the location they told me they They have no record of me scanning I told them of course that's why I can't get in there is a problem that's why I'm calling they were not a help at all.)I called Tech Support they're just as bad. No help. I was told by the location I needed to come in so they can try to troubleshoot without even looking at the account to make sure Nothing is wrong.

This gym is small and the staff was never there. With that being said, I tried several times to cancel, but you have to come in to speak with a staff member. BUT NOBODY IS EVER THERE! I changed banks because I refuse to pay for something and not get anything from it. And I just got an email stating it is now on my credit. I called and spoke with someone (surprisingly) and she said she’s sorry. That’s it. This gym isn’t even that special. Y’all have a collections team for a nasty, small, weak gym. This place must really be struggling as a business to con people into this bs. I’ll dispute it. But I hope y’all learn how to do business. This just isn’t it.
