Pretty nice facility with a variety fitness machines. The people there are pretty considerate of one another.

Last year, I complained about a few things in the gym. Since then, the staff has corrected those concerns. I am pleased.

I just love this gym. You can go at anytime. I start work at 6am, I can get a workout in the morning.

Ok, so I must give props where props is due. I am huge on customer service, and I did not leave a good review previously, because I did not talk to the right person and my issue was still not rectified and I felt beat, today I spoke with the GM who was very helpful, he did not make any excuses, although he was not the orgorigi person that messed my account up, he completely took ownership of the issue, there was no I will call you back as I had dealt with previously, he actually fixed what could over the phone and made sure I was completely satisfied. Steve thank you for making this a priority, I am most amazed at how he did not pass the buck I felt bad in the end because I was like he did not even cause this mess, but he fixed it and he fixed it really satisfactorily. People just want to know that people care and with service like his and just the sincerity and prompt attention to this situation, I would highly recommend talking to the right person, it is not the entire establishment, just a few bad apples that they are clearly aware of. This will be my gym from now on and Steve I can not thank you enough f your professionalism. Thank you again. I love the convenience and the fact that I am able to work out on my time, thank you for fixing this issue for me, I am 100% satisfied with your services Steve. Thank you again sir

My son signed up for a memebership, and then, a few months later, decided to cancel. He continued to get billed for a year afterwards, and everytime he called and spoke with a "manager," he was told it would be taken care of. It still isn't. Buyer BEWARE!In response to the owner, I did make contact. I've made contact several times and have been told that it's "been taken care of." Today, not 30 minutes before the owner's response, my son and I went to the facility. We were told there's nothing to be done, so the reviews (plural) stay. This place took $174 from my son and played dumb every time we called to get them to stop charging him. So again, buyer beware!

Great gym! I love the squat rack they have and their free weights area! Never crowded and that’s what I love the most about it. You also can’t forget about the amazing hydromassage that they have too!

This gym is excellent. Its clean, friendly staff, lots of machines and weights, and 24/7 access is wonderful. I moved to charlotte in December and have been unable to find as nice of a gym as this one. And for 15 a month?! Cant beat it!

Great Gym , great staff! I love the facility, clean. Freeweights , dumbells 100+ always well kept, not over crowded and tanning in included. Tanning beds are excellent, always clean. Gym access 24/7 365 days a year. 19$ is a steal !

My husband and I have been going to this gym every morning before staff hours for about 8 months now. A lot of mornings, we can’t clean the equipment because the paper towels aren’t restocked (or are jammed in the dispenser) and there aren’t any spray bottles nearby with cleaner. Also, when I signed my husband and me up for the membership, the lady ensured me that we could “downgrade” our membership any time. She failed to mention it would cost $75 to downgrade any membership, which means we would have to pay $150 to downgrade both memberships. We don’t tan and have never used the hydro massage because we always go during non-staff hours.

Just joined this place and love it so far! All of the equipment is new and CLEAN! Staff is super friendly too!*UPDATETwo years later, this place has gone downhill. The floors under all of the equipment is caked with dust along with the tops of all of the equipment. The locker rooms aren't kept up with. The paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers are rarely filled. Weights are everywhere, nobody reracks the weights. This gym has turned into a "you get what you pay for" gym.
