Omg they have a Glute Drive machine!!!! Signed up today and love this gym. I’ve been on the hunt for a barbell happy gym. This is it. All the machines and weights you need. Awesome group of people there as well. I can see myself being motivated to come very often. Best workout I had in a while. People come here to workout and I love it!

As a french Guy staying just for few weeks, I was looking for a gym to workout. I Saw all the good comments, and give it a try. But what I found was incredible, find a gym like this today was absolutely unbelievable. Brings back so much good memories. The gym, owner, benches and people there are amazing and my workout were great. If I'll Come back one day to Atlanta I'll go, no I'll rush to train to cardin's classic gym right away. Thanks you very much for your advices and Time, and for the Amazing job You're doing in this gym. 100% recommended : deserve 6 stars....

I worked out here years ago when it was still Coffee’s gym. The guy that owns it now was a dedicated member back then and I’m sure he has kept the tradition alive! I’m glad to see it is still going! Best gym in the metro area.

Dan, the owner of the gym, is the best personal trainer I've met yet. Lost 20 pounds of fat and put on a lot of muscle since I started training with him. He keeps all the machines in top condition. Didn't realize what a difference that makes till i went on vacation and trained at other gyms.

Great place, just what I was looking for while passing through town. Did a day pass; fast and easy process to get in. Definitely has the old school classic vibe. Space is a little tight, but would for sure come back in the future if I pass through again.

This is a small gym that has everything for the serious lifters as well as for those of us who wish to remain toned and in good shape. I like the small size, the friendliness of the people and am impressed by the quality of the training available here!! I can't say enough good about this gym and have been coming to this location for many years!! It's under new ownership now and is clean and fresh as it can be!

This place is such a great find - if you are tired of the meat-market, warehouse gym approach, Cardin's is your place. This is not a social club yet everyone is friendly, it's not a giant facility but has everything you need from old school iron to KB's and Olympic equipment. Machines are all relevant and practical to a variety of training methods. Dan is usually around, always friendly, and constantly listening to suggestions for continuous improvement.

I've been lifting here for a month now. John is great, he set me up with a routine and guided me through my first 2 weeks of workout. Everyone here is really friendly and I don't have to wait for equipment. Also best price per month setup I've gotten. It's definitely no frills, but you got a quality gym
