The gym is nice with good facilities and a good equipment. What really ticks me off is we have tried to cancel the member ship about 4 times and we keep getting charged. We have followed their instructions on emailing their membership group and they still charge us. This shady business practice that some gyms deal in drives me crazy. To me it doesn't mater how nice your facility is if you have no integrity.

Good gym but there is NEVER any parking the same vehicles hog the same closest parking spots every day for hours and that makes other people park all the way in the back with no consideration to the other paying members.

Great staff. Onelife is always busy but as long as you go at a good time it’s fantastic.

It isn’t often that I take the opportunity to write a scrupulous review about a Fitness Instructor, but in this instance my words are an understatement to describe the zealousness and monumental delivery that Suki, the Zumba instructor, brings not only to our class, but to OneLife Fitness as a whole. The time she invests into her choreography to ensure that the delivery of her class is soulful is profound. The way she uses her gift of dancing to edify those around her is something you cannot put a price on. Ernest and I truly appreciate the dedication that Suki puts in. It is rare to find someone who so intentionally uses their energy as a channel of proclivity to spread the joy and gratitude within themselves to those of us in class. We cannot say enough about the quality of Suki’s class as a whole. All day we have been speaking of how today’s class was the best ZUMBA class either of have ever taken in our lives (which speaks volume, as we both have taken countless classes with instructors, ZES’s, etc). OneLife- you found an amazing gal! ☺️

This gym needs a serious renovation. I won’t list all of the things that are either broken or poor quality and about to broken. Please update your gym and bring it up to the standards the other locations have been brought up to. Thanks.

It's a great gym if you like to work out in a place where the temperature is 79 degrees. It has been like this for a very long time and the management/owner does not care to fix it !!!!

This review is because of the air conditioning and is not a reflection of the staff. I give the staff 5 stars. The one star is because the air conditioning has been broken for a while now and there’s no excuse as to why it’s broken in the middle of summer with 90° days. The reason it’s a big deal is because it basically feels like you might as well be outside during your workouts, especially in the powerlifting room and (used to be basketball court) secondary weight lifting room. Also, there’s equipment in the powerlifting room that was coming apart as I was using it.OneLife, what’s your plan to fix this?P.S. - I don’t want a generic “HR/ I’m sorry to hear…” answer to this. This isn’t the social media manager’s responsibility, it’s the decision maker for OneLife Crabapple. I know there’s been other complaints but no response. Unacceptable.July 19 Update - OneLife has fixed the air conditioning issue and responded to my review and listened to what I said. Updated to four stars!

The AC in the gym has not been working for 3 weeks now. With the hot weather we are experiencing, it really affects our performance and workout.Despite multiple complaints, there seems to be no action taken or communication from the General Manager around steps being taken or a timeline for the fix.Is Onelife Fitness - Crabapple cutting costs at the customers’ expense? We have been members for many years and this is very disappointing!! They are taking existing members for granted.New members- please think twice before joining.

I tried to cancel my membership and they are saying I have to pay the next month’s membership fee ($42.99) and a cancellation fee ($59.99) because I am under a year contract that I was not made clear of when I signed up. That’s crazy.
