The staff here is so nice every time I walk in. The manager is incredibly nice as well. Very clean facility and great equipment. Highly recommend.

I’ve been with Crunch for about 5 years now. Did a year of training sessions at the Sandy Springs location. Absolutely loved everything going on there. Moved to Roswell about a year ago, and the employees have a completely different attitude. Maybe policies have changed and they want to reduce the crowd or perhaps the staff hasn’t been given the authority to retain members like they should have. The water fountain has been out of service for about 2 weeks now (not the first time it’s happened). This is a standard amenity at most gyms. I was understanding and bought a water the last 2x I went in. I forgot to fill my water bottle to the brim before heading in again today and asked if I could get a courtesy water this time around. I was asked to pay without them blinking an eye. The cost wasn’t a huge deal, but it is the perfect reflection of how they value their members. I’ll be giving my money to the Planet Fitness down the street now.

Staff is not friendly or any type of tact or customer service etiquette customer service training is well needed this gym is not the same when they first open . Shy has a very unprofessional approach and attitude.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! YOU GUYS IM TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD FIND ANOTHER GYM!!! I am a manager and the way this company goes about their customer service is HORRID. Crunch fitness is a contracted scam. Do not sign up with this location OR this gym COMPANY. They recently fired their flawed old manager but he was most likely hired on to help them continue their scam. This is SCAM. BEWARE!!! Beware!!! BEWARE!!!

Do not sign up at this location! I cancelled my membership on 7/4 and they did not process the paperwork until 7/12. My membership renewed on 8/7 and they said I was responsible for any charges with in 30 days of cancelling. Poor customer service and there is not a cooperate number you can call.
