I love this LA Fitness. It’s very clean and the staff is super nice. This location has all the equipment you could ask for. More than plenty cardio - I have never seen ellipticals or treadmills even half full.This is not an intimidating gym - you will not feel anxiety working out here (I am one of those people). Sure, there are a handful of great looking, super-fit people - but it’s not *that* kind of gym. Everyone is just trying to get a workout in and not paying attention to anyone but themselves.It’s quite busy after school is out and around rush hour - starting around 4. Daytime is easy going, and from 7 to close is also not busy. Around 7pm, the parking lot may look busy but that is because there is usually a class going on.Sign up for their emails to get membership deals. I moved away for a year and cancelled my membership. When I returned, I was disappointed at the more expensive online price. But then I got a great deal through an email and it was super affordable.

I just cancel my membership today because I was swimming (after waiting 15min for a space in the pool) and when I had my opportunity I only could swim for just 17min because there was a class in the pool and this lady told me I need to get out of the pool because they need to use it. After that I was very upset because I'm paying a membership like her for being here and using the pool as my right. I go to talk with the manager and tell her why six persons must to take the whole pool for themselves I don't see that is fair for the others customers who wants to swim. At the gym everybody must to share everything because everyone pays for being here so for this reason for being very but very unfair to others customers they(LA fitness) got this bad review and they lose a customer today plus futures customers because I'm going to talk bad to everyone who ask me about the LA fitness. Solution in case there is a person of la fitness reading this you can used half of the pool for the class and the other pool for others customers who wants to swim because the class is not for swim and the pool in a gym is for SWIM!

Ultra aggressive sales reps bombarded me the second I walked into the door. A man also tried canceling his membership due to a torn rotator cuff, and the Chad sales representative under his breath said that all the man need it was proper personal training. Super slimy bad vibes.

The staff is fantastic and so are the gym facilities. I am giving them 4 stars because they have struggled to keep staff onboard and hence keep the place clean. In particular the bathrooms need help during peak times and alot of dust accumulates by the equipment. But the staff is aware and they try their best while being short staffed.

This is probably one of the best LA Fitness centers I have ever been to. The staff are all pleasant and helpful when needed. The lockers and restrooms are always clean. The layout of the equipment is very functional and there is never any crowding. The equipment is always put away and nothing is ever left on the floor. So kudos to the other members and the staff.

There are only a couple staff that are actually friendly. One in particular is Chris (AKA) Fitz! He is amazing at what he does! On the other hand there was an unpleasant woman I believe she’s a manager, she always has the nastiest attitude. I think her name starts with an A but I can’t remember. All in all the gym is alright but isn’t the cleanest. Weights are everywhere, everytime I go to rack my weights there is another one in the wrong spot! But definitely wouldn’t go to this gym, will be joining Crunch!!

Newish facility, good parking, nice pool. Much better than old run down dirty East Cobb location I used to go to. Have heard of 3 people who say they caught Covid at this location,, so thats a concern. They clean machines fairly often but cleaners spend more time on their phones than cleaning.
