since they changed this location from golds to onelife it has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness. equipment, locker rooms, and bathrooms have never been dirty in my years of going to this location until now.

As someone whose worked in performance gyms I would say this place has a pretty good offering of standard equipment. They could use more free weight benches and maybe offer some more unique machines. With that being said I’ve found the staff to be very friendly, the child care center is a winner, and they seem to update things regularly. Also side note, who are all these people getting mad it’s busy? I mean, are you upset that other people like the gym too 😂

This gym is ok! If you go during their slow hours you may get a good without, besides that, it is very crowded and not well equipped. They also need to get more adjustable benches.

This has certainly become my go-to gym for Onelifes. I used to go to the one in Dawsonville because it is by my work. But it is always super crowded and only has a small amount of equipment, unlike Woodstock. I have been to many, and this is the best yet.

Beware of big red faced bald white men that like to intimidate others around the 3pm hour. If you don’t like intimidation stares or aggressive attitudes come at a different time or go to a different location. I’ve been to Perimeter & Douglasville locations & never had this issue. The gym is not their personal gym & I don’t pay to be intimidated.

The one thing I would say I enjoyed was the cycle class and instructors. They are honestly fantastic. I’ll miss going to classes after we move.TLDR: cancelling or dealing with the billing department is an awful experience and the “30 day notice” is misleading. See below:The following is more for who Onelife uses as their billing department (a third party named ABC Fitness out of Arkansas), which takes any stars away from Onelife. We’re moving so we let them know we needed to cancel our membership. They require 30 day notice, but that’s not actually what it is. They still require you pay for the next month regardless of the “30 day notice”. For ours, on a June 6th notification, we have to also pay the entire month of July! And, for some reason, the annual fee would be charged in July for us. I didn’t cancel to avoid it or anything, nor did I even know it was coming up. So, they’re are unethically charging an extra 25 days worth of money (despite us physically not being able to go due to the moving) and some annual fee despite not going to be there for the upcoming year!I’m shocked and saddened. When onelife bought the gym they promised all this new stuff, but they haven’t delivered. I’ve not minded much since I knew we were moving. Now, dealing with the cancellation process and these extra charges, I’m even more disappointed. So, fair warning to all.

Ok gym but is consistently WAY too crowded. I’ve been to crowded gyms before and I know how it is but this is ridiculous. If you go past 5pm good luck finding an open machine or bench. My last three visits I’ve had to either end my workout early or not even try after not being able to find a parking space. It was nice having a gym right across the street but it’s obvious that OneLife cares more about profit than their members having a comfortable experience.

Caught in-between wanting to be a real gym and still dishing out memberships to anyone with a pulse. Beautiful new equipment with goofy teenagers playing hop scotch over it in-between the 3 sets of machines they’ve taken ownership of. Raise prices to reflect the investments in the facility and send the rest back to LA Fitness

Nice gym. Huge with 2 floors, inside pool, weights, sauna, hot yoga room and instructor led workout classes. Lots of upgrades. Monthly membership is reasonable starting at $29.99. You can bring the kids for the low price of $10/month. Add a second kid for $15/month.
