Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, tranquil space. As soon as you step foot inside you can feel yourself decompress. Meagan was incredible leading the class at just the right pace. Can not recommend enough.

Wonderful yoga studio! Barbara (the owner) has gone above and beyond to create a full hospitality-driven experience at this studio. Someone is always at the front desk to great you, and there are so many amenities from the time you arrive through after class (mineral shots, infused water, cool lavender towels, etc). All of the instructors are amazing, and getting to take hot yoga in an infrared cedar-clad room is an amazing experience every time. Do not be deceived by the google street view, the build-out and interior design of this studio is beyond impressive. Being an interior designer myself, I struggle to enjoy studios that don’t provide a certain level of detail and highly executed cohesiveness. Barbara and her team have thought of everything and I’m so grateful to have found this gem of a studio.

I absolutely love this studio. I have enjoyed all types of classes and instructors that have taught me so much. The hot room with infrared light is so healing and keeps me coming back for more! The location is always so clean and makes me feel very safe. 10/10 recommended!!

After 10 years of doing yoga in Atlanta, I’ve finally found the perfect studio. It feels like a California spa inside. Every class is challenging in the best way. The yoga room is absolutely stunning with infrared heat and a huge floor to ceiling window that makes it super welcoming and peaceful. The staff make you feel right at home. So excited for such a gift of a studio in Roswell!

I absolutely love this place. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The owner is very active and it shows that she loves her business and appreciates all who walk through the door. The yoga instructors are some of the best instructors I have ever had. The classes are HOT so be prepared to sweat. I look forward to trying some of the wellness shots/IVs that they offer as well. This place is truly a hidden gem and I’m so glad I found it!

Feels like a spa when you walk in- not just a regular yoga studio! Infrared sauna really gives you a deeper sweat and the team here is so kind. Highly recommend checking them out!

Amazing studio! It is so beautiful and the owners pay attention to detail in the design of the studio as well as the classes. Barbra is extremely personable and took time to talk to talk to us after the class! The instructor was very good as well, as she came around and helped correct form! I will be back to experience this wonderful studio again :)

Sweatheory ATL is exactly what I have been looking for in a studio plus more! The infrared heating is just right for yoga so that I'm not drenched or worn out after. It is rather subtle which leaves me feeling amazing! There are wellness elixers and reverse osmosis water to replenish with after blissful yoga. This studio has snagged some of Atlanta's most amazing instructors! The studio itself is like an oasis with many incredible details and carefully planned craftsmanship. Seriously...book a yoga class or a sauna treatment! In fact, bring a friend with you as well!

Wow! What a beautiful place to come and lose yourself for a hour. The yoga studio is so amazing. The instructor was very knowledgeable. The facility was so clean and so beautifully design. Sweatheory is more than an amazing yoga studio! It’s a very special place. The yoga room itself is equipped with FAR Infrared heat which isn't anything like the heat you find in traditional "Hot Yoga" studios. Far infrared uses infrared thermal light to penetrate the skin, raising the body's core temperature and increasing blood flow without heating the air around you at ridiculous levels. It has many therapeutic benefits. The instructors are amazing and are some of the top yoga teachers in the area. I am so happy to be among them! You come out of class feeling completely refreshed without feeling drained. But again, Sweatheory is more than just a yoga room. It also has private individual sauna rooms with private showers and also a cleansing "juice shot bar". Overall, a 10 out of 10 and anyone living in or just visiting the area should sign up for class today and check this place out!
