Love this class! Highly recommend. I started going as a way to lose that last bit of stubborn pregnancy weight. And I’ve lost it all plus some. It’s a great combination of barre and cardio. Classes are challenging without being impossible. You will leave truly feeling like you got a satisfying workout, which isn’t something I felt at other barre studios. I’ve been going 2 days/week with no other modifications and have noticeable toner arms and slimmer legs. Lauren makes adjustments for each set so all fitness levels are accommodated. I’ve tried Orange Theory, Pink Barre, and personal training and this is the one thing I’ve stuck with religiously. I’m coming up on a year and I haven’t missed a class yet. Definitely worth it!
