Loved this studio! I was dropping in from out of town. The studio owner Joanna was so helpful with booking (I needed to switch days last minute). I also loved the ashtanga class with Lillian! It was great to move and try some things I never have before. She gave great modifications and demos. Highly recommend!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this studio is and how it has deepened my practice in all ways (physically, mentally, spiritually). My strength and flexibility are noticeably improved along with my body awareness. The owner and all of the teachers are truly amazing (extremely knowledgeable with top notch instruction). With such excellent instruction, you will feel the muscles being targeted. Lastly, the fee for unlimited classes is extremely reasonable which allows you to try a wide variety of classes. A beginner or experienced yogi would love it here.

I love Truth in Motion!!! There is not a class that cannot be tailored to your needs because the experienced teachers are so fabulous!! It is a beautiful and clean studio that provides all props necessary to grow your practice. Classes are well structured with room to move. Room temperature is always comfortable!! Tea and water are always provided for your needs! Questions are answered and help is offered immediately. Feedback is always desired to help improve services and meet the community’s needs!! Pricing is fantastic!! My body, mind and heart have been blessed❤️

We love the teachers at TIMY. I have been a regular since it's inception in November 2014 and have seen it grow in leaps and bounds. Irina invites regular feedback from her students for her teachers and schedules. The studio is serene and calming with the colors and simplicity. The candles and music add to the peace. They have all the props needed for your practice.My 10 year old and I have both found a lot of relief from attending regularly at the studio.

This is an amazing studio radiating with energy. She has all the equipment you need to practice yoga. Irina is thorough in her practice and holds deep stretches. I am new member and can't wait to practice along side her. She has hot tea and smoothies after your practice and they surely set the positive mood for your day, or a great way to end your day. This is a newly opened facility. I am trying several places to kick start my yoga practice. The owner,is great. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. The studio is wonderful and they can provide any accessories that you do not bring. The space is a great place to practice in. They go out their way to make you feel welcome and part of the experience. I am new to Yoga but have practiced other disciplines. Irina is very helpful and patient with those new to Yoga. Great Place!! highly recommended!
