Fantastic gym! Staff are super friendly and helpful. All the equipment you'd need for a solid workout, and it's very clean.

Please reconsider before joining this gym. Their practices are not very ethical and the gym is not maintained well or kept clean. I have had several issues that I have been dealing with for months from trying to get my money back for training that was not provided to me, to learning that when I asked for one of my boys to be added to my account that they created a completely separate account. Just before the gym closed for COVID the owner went and billed me. I requested my account be closed and they are still chasing me for the last 30 day fees when I should not have had to pay for a gym that I couldn't use. On top of that, they have not closed the other account that they opened for my boy. So when I asked for my account to be closed, they did not close his, again an account I did not ask for. The gym owner has not responded to any of my emails and I have resorted to going to the credit card company to get my money back. I have also tried reaching out to the Corporate office and I am having no luck with anyone calling me back. Overall a very poor experience for me and my family.

Usually i don't really do this but I'm very disappointed with This gym, is a Low maintenance ,i cannot believe i been months the showerhead is been broken and they never fix it !!!!

This gym has everything you need. It gets the job done. Never an issue with the location or management. I like to lift weights, only drawback is that the free weights only go up to 80lbs.

Sneaky and under handed.I’m an infantryman in the US Army deploying in May of 2019.I signed up for a membership in November 2018 on a month to month basis because a 1 year contract would carry me into months I’d be overseas.In December I was charged my monthly membership and an additional $40. When I asked the staff about the extra charge they stated that it was to lock my rate in for after my first year of membership was over.I was never informed of this charge prior to sign up. I only found out because I checked my billing statement in my card.I explained to an employee I was month to month and didn’t need a rate guarantee because I would be deploying. They said they informed me of the charge at sign up (false) and that they would not reverse the charge.It is sickening to see how this business treats people. Go to planet fitness instead. Get your money’s worth. What an embarrassment.

Alicia, Steve and their staff at Roswell's Workout Anytime are excellent. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming culture. That is to say it's like a club...all the staff & members are easy-going, polite, and friendly. It's rarely crowded. The music is a pleasant mix of rock and pop at a moderate volume. There's a good mix of young, middle-aged, and older men & women; a lot of couples workout together; it's a good mix of cultural & ethnic backgrounds; and LGBTQ-friendly.This is not another noisy High-Testosterone sweat-pit. There are clean locker rooms with showers; a massage room with an automatic massage bed; plenty of treadmills, stairmasters, elliptical and recumbent machines; loads of "universal" type machines; tons of free weights; a mirrored room with soft mats for warm-up stretching, Yoga, Tai Chi, and classes; and there are lots of wide-screen tvs.Steve & Alicia have a team of credentialed coaches available for personal & small group training, with varying fee schedules. Health foods & drinks are sold from a large cooler.Members get to know and trust each other in this club culture. Easy access 24/7 is a great convenience. My wife and I work out at all hours of the day & night and always feel safe. We highly recommend Roswell Workout Anytime.Doug Pratt & Jo Hart
