From start to finish, Austin Fitness Rentals are true professionals. Thank you so much to Duncan & Oliver for all their hard work and positive attitude. These guys were so cooperative and wholeheartedly committed to meeting my needs as a customer. I am in the military and live near Ft. Hood, TX, both these gentlemen drove from Austin to deliver some seriously heavy and wide fitness equipment. They were able to physically carry and maneuver each piece of equipment up two flights of stairs just to support my needs of wanting to have it upstairs in my home. They were prompt, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Austin Fitness Rentals service and equipment. Both pieces of fitness equipment delivered to my door were spotless and looked as if it just came fresh out of the box. Cannot express enough how grateful and thankful I am for their awesome work. I love the spin bike I'm renting from Austin Fitness Rentals. Kyle answered my questions completely and I like that they have their rental agreements and rates posted so you may view them. Ronnie and Eddie are great. They delivered the bike on time and I was on my way to spinning shortly after. I can totally recommend them without question.

Second, the product we purchased is a refurbished spinning bike. Since we came from San Antonio, they even extended our warranty due to being outside of the 50 mile radius for onsite service. I would definitely recommend Austin Fitness Rentals for fitness equipment. The customer service from Kyle and Ronnie is outstanding. The ease of renting is awesome! I rented a rowing machine and it is great! AFR charges for delivery but it is worth the small cost. I really can not say enough good things about the staff, knowledge, service, and quality of the equipment - it is the best! Thank you for the great service and product.

Yay! I get to be the first to review these guys before anyone else! Love the company and love the service! Their ordering and delivery process is simple and seamless, and I even got to go to their showroom to pick out my own spin bike. I was going to use an old yoga mat to put beneath the spin bike to protect my wood floor, but they provided a nice rubber mat at delivery. Nice thinking guys!Between mine and my husband's use of the bike every week, I figure it costs us about $1/use, less than a gym membership per day. I work from home and love the convenience of jumping onto the bike for a quick 30-45 minute spin while taking a TV break. The spin bike has a two-sided pedal that allows you to use regular shoes on one side or cycling shoes on the other, just like the ones in big gyms.Ask for Kyle when you call. He's the owner and really knowledgeable about all of the machines. He was able to explain the differences between the machines and make solid recommendations for me.
