Unpleasant Customer Service ExperienceI recently had a disappointing encounter with the customer service at this gym. Despite calling to have my debit card removed from the account to avoid charges, the representative assured me it would be done but failed to follow through. Subsequent calls to rectify the situation were met with rudeness, and the staff refused to address the issue. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the level of customer care at this establishment.

Coming from LTF (from MN), I was super excited to see golds less than a mile away from home but I can’t rate this place above 2. I only prefer weight training now but this place seemed to have very limited options. There is officially only one squat rack. The other two are rusted to its entirety and noticed the olympic bars have completely lost all its grip. Majority of the equipments needs an upgrade and so does the ethical standards. Noticed most of the folks here work out in groups and don’t switch machines quickly. The group at the leg press was taking forever. Fitness clubs treats this very seriously nowadays and even includes this into their regulations.Bottom line is, I could easily tell this place is more a “what you get for what you pay for”. Not sure if this is gold’s standards but Im clearly disappointed on my first day. Im happy I didn’t sign up because front desk told me to take the guest pass instead. I ended up joining cowboys - they have 4 full sized squat racks and much better quality.

The equipment is limited, but it is one of the smaller locations. Equipment not kept as well as I would expect.

Very clean. But we need more machines. There is no incline press. Sumo squat machine. Etc

Changed my previous review as it was unfair. This gym is just fine and the staff and managers really care and do their best.

Respect for hanging strong but admin and management needs more reps.

I guess this specific gym is notorious for not cancelling people's membership (look at the reviews). Cancelled on 4/20. Billed on 4/25(the next billing cycle). Which that should have ended on 5/25. I still kept getting charged. Called them and the lady told me to email Mark which I did. I emailed both emails. Got no response. Now I am getting a letter from a collections agency which could affect my credit. Great Job!

My family and I have been members here for the last several years, 24hr fitness and lifetime before that. Overall, this gym provides a positive experience mainly around gym equipment options (modern, variation and maintained when broke), cleanliness, size of gym, and customer service from the GM team is good - Genuine people who take feedback and want to help. The main negative is overcrowding at peak hours which is expected at the price point.

Great place to work out lots of options to change it up to shock your body into the change needed to get results

The staff was friendly and there was a lot of equipment, but it was too crowded and loud for my taste.
