Update from a 2 star to 5, while the situation still frustrates me, Jeremy did work with me finally and resolved my issue.Don't trust Jeremy. He is full of contradictions. He claims to be straight across the board with members accounts but I know for a fact that is a lie. He will gladly charge your credit card via email but to do anything else you must go into the gym. The only reason I feel I must give more than a 1 star is because the gym itself is nice, equipment for the most part is always operational, and the rest of the staff is friendly. As long as you don't need to interact with Jeremy your golden!

Staff is friendly for the most part. However, this place is so run down and dirty. One of the most run down and dirtiest gym’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. The women’s bathroom overall is gross and there’s only one single faucet out of 3 that work, only 1 air dryer that works out of 2. The toilets are always looking like someone had diarrhea. There doesn’t seem to be regular maintenance of the bathrooms/facility. It takes a while for someone to replace the roll of paper towels around the equipment/machines. It sucks that this is and Gold’s Gym is the only “affordable” gyms in this particular area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Trainer quit and I didn't know. Wasn't set up with a new trainer. Finally was, then that trainer quit, same story for weeks and I finally decided to put in a notice to cancel my training sessions. Jeremy said one more payment and then I …

1-Star for being a thieving company. They advertise a monthly fee but you have to pay a 50$ annual fee in addition. How does that make sense? It doesn’t, but they want more money and don’t want to be transparent. They also require a 30 day notice to cancel? Why? Money of course. Even though it changes absolutely nothing for them if you cancel, you still have to pay for the extra month.Bathrooms are always gross. In the men’s room one of the two urinals is always broken and filled with pee.Only one of the three sinks works if your lucky. The gym itself it ok. Not a fan of companies that screw you with contracts to get more money.

I’ve been going here for the last three years because of the price and location, but if I wasn’t moving, I would switch gyms. The employees are pretty nice and you can’t beat the price. However, it is so packed at peak hours you might as …

I started coming here about 3 weeks ago and so far it's been great, I got talked into getting a trainer and so far it has really pushed me to train more and come in more often. My trainer is Daniel and he's a wonderful trainer he's really attentive and really makes me feel like he wants me to succeed. Very happy so far.

Good gym, equipment is in good order. Roomy and not many out-of-order signs. Lockers are big, shower pressure a little weak, water couldn't get very hot or cold. Very busy a peak time. Not a big parking lot but never had trouble getting a close spot. Only about 11 tvs and half weren't on. If they fix the TV's and water I'd have no complaints

Needs to be updated from the other Crunch Fits I have been in. Everyone was nice and they have everything you need, it is just a little run down.
