If you're in Georgetown, there really is no other place to go to work out. The atmosphere has improved and equipment is second to none. The best value in a gym around the area

Great gym for serious lifters and bodybuilders. They have a posing room and a large variety of machines and free weights.

Wife and I Stopped in for a day pass. The owner, front desk employee and members were all great(everyone was super friendly). They have every piece of equipment you could need. Thanks for the hospitality guys, we’ll be back.

I joined immediately after the pandemic. Needing a gym that met my needs, after the rude behavior of Gold’s in Round Rock. I think I outgrew that establishment, anyway. But, the day I visited HoG, I was sold. And that’s before all the new changes and upgrades.I guess what I’m saying here is, this gym will meet any need, if you come in with a humbled heart. If you look for the negative, you’ll find it. Nothing on this earth is perfect. And never will be. But, things can be fixed to suit the need, is what the owner has been trying to achieve since taking over. If you see something out of place/wrong, say something to the staff. As for people and their rudeness, no one wakes up “on the right side of the bed” every morning of their lives. Even those that serve the customer. They are people, too! Sometimes, we have to try and see further than their faces, in that moment. They hurt and have problems, just as you. Stop being a hypocrite, and embrace the person for who they truly are, which is definitely not the person before you.

Good gym but poor customer service. They charged me an extra month’s fee after cancelling and then gave me the run around for 2 months saying they would refund it but never did.

Always love coming here. The equipment is always being upgraded and the customer service is always amazing. Lia is always quick to greet you as soon as you walk through the door or if she sees you coming in from afar.

Absolutely terrible experience with place, just stop in to use restroom and tour the gym before getting membership, gm/manager at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all, only took a couple steps in that place and I will never be coming back again!

Amazing gym. Worked out there for over 4 years. I recently cancelled my membership due to moving to a different city. I have been trying to find a new gym to replicate the amazing environment of the HOG but have yet to find anything yet.

I've been training at this gym for half a year, but the circumstances were such that I had to move. And they refused to close my membership until the contract expires, I do not go to the gym for more than 2 months, but they charge me! No one solves the problem with the customer! I am outraged. Be careful with this gym, if you buy a membership you will not be able to cancel it and unlink the card pay, you will be charged for not going to the gym!

The gym floor-goodThe atmosphere and people-greatThe equipment-greatThe price for membership-decentThe bathrooms- awful. I joined this gym with the intention of showering before work. There is no soap in the dispenser. That smell that hits you when you go into the bathroom is mold, by the way. Also, the toilet seats are always broken. I'm not sure if they've never been fixed or keep getting broken. Y'all are planning to replace all the cardio equipment. Why not allocate some money to making the bathrooms less repulsive.Emphasis on hygene-terrible. A lot of the members don't wash their hands or wipe down their machines. Okay. That's gross, but not a requirement. Should be common decency. The employees, on the other hand, are another story. I've witnessed a few of the male employees leave the bathroom without washing their hands. One in particular on multiple occasions.
