TL;DR: Caitlin is an amazing trainer!Full review:I've worked out on my own in the past, but never felt like I pushed myself hard enough to get the results I wanted. After an especially long slump of bad eating habits and unmotivated gym visits, I needed help.I knew I wanted to train with a woman as a woman myself. I'm also only 5 feet tall, so I was also kind of looking for someone who might be able to direct me best on how to get the changes I hadn't been able to get myself.Based on Caitlin's profile on the Life Force website, I knew she was going to be down to earth person I could feel comfortable with, and she has been that and so much more. She will push you to give everything you've got but in a way that's safe for you and mindful of your own body. Her workouts have been fun and interesting and I look forward to each of them! With her help I've been able to see more results in the 2 months we've had than I ever did in a year of working out on my own!The Life Force gym itself is cozy and has everything you need. It's small but I've never felt crowded, rushed, or uncomfortable. The other trainers and clients I see there are so supportive and friendly too, so it creates what I feel like is a perfect gym atmosphere: that we all want to work hard, reach our goals, and have a good time doing it!If you're considering working with a personal trainer, no matter the reason, I think the trainers here will get you where you want to go. Caitlin will for sure! Just be ready to show up and work hard!

My trainer is Caitlin Hart and she is AMAZING!! This place is small, but it has everything you need. It’s organized and setup in a way that you don’t feel you need anymore room. There’s also never too many people at once, so it never feels overpacked. The bathroom is nice, so you have lots of room to change, shower, etc. It’s also nice they have clean towels for you in case you forgot yours(for workouts and showers). There’s a separate room for boxing/kickboxing which is AWESOME! It’s also fun to see others working with their trainers(when you have time haha).
