We went there once for a trial workout, honestly impressed with the coach we had, very very good coach, it's a cross fit gym with some kicking on times... I am not too much of crossfit guy but if I was I will chose them over any box..

Loving this gym, the owners are truly dedicated to your fitness goals. Classes have a family feel to them. Would recommend Tuesday/Thursday classes for kickboxing.

I feel completely seen at OBK Fitness. Each instructor gives corrections, modifications, and advice to ensure you're completing each exercise safely and in good form. I started going to OBK after having 2 kiddos and nearly 4 years of very inconsistant workouts. I now look forward to attending my 6am classes 3-4 time a week.
