My kids did the tween circuit training homeschool class with Tracey. They loved it! I totally recommend it. It’s a great workout with a good group of kids that are all around the same age!

Tracy is such a great instructor and it shows how much she really cares about her community and students. If you are looking for a gym in a friendly atmosphere for your family or home school group this is a great gym to check out.

I’ve always loved the gym and working out, but always felt alone within the gym communities I’ve been a part of. Not with Nick and Tracy, they really make you feel like you’re a part of the family when you sign up with them. They always have classes for both kids and adults and they always are available to answer questions.There is no gym that I’ve been to that I know I can grow as they grow than with Patriot. Great culture, great workouts, and a ton of fun! If you are interested in MMA and specifically Jui Jitsu, finding a good gym in Austin/ Round Rock/ Hutto can be tough, but I’ve found that Patriot has everything that you’d look for in a traditional MMA gym for a reasonable membership price. They also have great bundles for families and spouses. I highly recommend Patriot Sport & Fitness to anybody and everybody!

Patriot Sports & Fitness has been an incredible experience! We started going to the tween/teen circuits with coach Tracey and our children loved it and looked forward to go to them. It's a family friendly, and family owned place, they have classes that can suit anyone's needs. Our teen son goes to the MMA classes with coach Nick, he feels more confident and really enjoys being challenged.

I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. It offers classes that are very instructional and fun. If you have no/little experience or a lot, there will always be opportunities to learn and progress. Nick and Tracey are awesome coaches, if you have struggles going to a gym, give this gym a try and I guarantee you will keep coming and also see the transformation of yourself by continuing to go. Worth 10 stars from the open arms of this gym and great atmosphere that is here to the pricing of membership. Try and find another gym that offers as much as this place does for the price to pay.

Patriot Sports & Fitness is unlike any other fitness experience I have ever had! I LOVE all their classes, and look forward to it every week. The set up is challenging but fun, and never the same so it never gets boring! There's so much scheduling and class variety, something for everyone and anyone. Nick and his wife Tracey are amazing and beyond their health & fitness expertise is their sense of community and care. They have helped me reach my strength and fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Patriot! Tracey is amazing at what she does and is such a great role model in the girls Em-POW-er-ment classes. My daughter is exuding the confidence and strength she has always struggled to find and during these formative young tween years that's exactly the kind of strength a kid needs to overcome anything that'll come her way. Every tween girl should experience these classes in my opinion. Additionally, I absolutely love the adult classes, Tracey and Nick make it fun and un-intimidating (even for those of us that struggle with coordination), and you leave feeling better than you did when you got there and ready to take on the day. Every class has different elements keeping it fresh and keeping all your muscle groups challenged.

This is a fantastic gym that offers boxing which I love!! The classes are fun and challenging and offer a great cardio and weight workout infused with boxing. The owners Tracey and Nick give back to the community and provide a very friendly environment unlike big box gyms. They also have separate kids classes, my son attends Patriot as well!! I highly recommend!

She is glowing with confidence and strength. Tracey and Nick are such great role models. I have also joined Patriot and take the adult classes. I leave each class feeling stronger both mentally and physically! Patriot is my families fitness HOME!
