I joined a 6 week challenge here to help kickstart my weight loss. While I was just shy of my goal, the team did an amazing job with classes. I feel so much better doing everyday activities! My strength and coordination has improved greatly since starting classes here. There are a few times available through the week so making class with a varying work schedule was not a problem. Overall I love the staff and the sessions they provide! I definitely recommend this location for a fun time getting fit!!!

This place is amazing! I joined their 6 week kickboxing challenge, and needless to say, I was not disappointed. From day one, they laid out all expectations, and they gave me all the tools I needed to succeed and reach my goal. All of the instructors were available at all times to answer questions and guide you through the process. They also do a great job of holding you accountable because they want to see you succeed. As for the actual kickboxing workouts, they push you to your limit. They are challenging workouts, but each instructor still makes it fun. The classes are 45 minutes, and they fly by each time. My favorite aspects about the classes are that each session is completely different. No workout is the same from a day to day basis, so you truly are getting a full body workout every single class. I also loved meeting new people each class. It’s a strong group to hold each other accountable and encourage each other. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new, challenging, and fun workout routine!

I have been attending Round Rock Kickboxing class since it began in October. My husband and I both attend and love the atmosphere. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and make sure you are working to your best potential. We attend 3 days a week and hate to miss even 1 class. The environment is not intimidating like some places can be. The make workout fun again!!! Thank you.

I love the kickboxing classes! It has been one of the best workouts I have ever done. I have done kickboxing off and on for the past few years, I am very happy to get back into it. I joined Round Rock Fitness Kickboxing on a trial basis, but I knew I wanted to sign up just after my first class :). The instructors are very friendly and easy to work along with. It has been awhile so I was a little rusty on some of the moves but the instructors were there ready to help any way they could. Everyone in class is super nice and it’s always a fun and enjoyable workout! It’s only been a couple months but I am already seeing a change and I look forward to each week I get to go to kickboxing! :)
