Round Rock Sports Center

Reserved a court and party room for my son's 10th birthday and it was a great party! Staff was friendly and asked a few times if I needed anything. I had asked for an attendant thinking I would be too busy to handle some things but it really all handled itself and didn't need the attendant. We requested football, basketball and dodgeball so they were kept busy on the court right in front of room. Parents were able to hang out in party room and there were TVs for them to watch football :) I will include pics of the party room bc when I was looking for what to expect, I couldn't find any. The center provided plenty of iced drinks, 6 pizzas (I brought more food) and plates/forks/napkins. I just threw down some party table cloths and snacks and we were ready! Kids were too busy playing to even worry about food though. Great party place especially if you want to have more than 10 kids!

Nice facility for players. TERRIBLE place for spectators. It has got to be the worst designed complex intended for sporting events. Very limited seating, obstructed sight lines, small walkways. I’m actually surprised that this building got a certificate of occupancy due to there only one way in and out. I would hate to be in this building if there ever needed to be a need for an emergency evacuation. I’m afraid a great deal of people wouldn’t make it out alive.

We went for the SEF Dandiya and really liked this place for the parking, ease of getting in and out. It’s extremely clean inside and very spacious.

Facility was awesome. The refs not so much. Really poor game calling.

As a few others noted, nice facility but horrible for spectators. There are only half as many seats that are needed for volleyball tournaments and even if you can get a seat, you still can’t see the whole court. And the amount of parking is inadequate also. Heard and witnessed lots of complaints and upset parents.

We've been here from out of town two years in a row for basketball tournaments. The courts are nice. It just doesn't seem like any thought went into this facility at the planning level. Why put your spectators up so high, then run a thick …

This may be the single worst building I have ever been inside. The lack of thought in the planning process seeps into every corner of this space. I am not an anxious person but trying to move anywhere is inviting a panic attack. I will organize my life from now on so as to avoid setting foot here ever again. Nice courts though. Excellent facility and support staff. Great choice for the 2022 USA National Collegiate Table Tennis Championships. They will be hosting the April 2023 Nationals.
