This studio is amazing! The owners are so kind and welcoming. They have a number of teachers, and classes offered throughout the day. Every teacher is positive and supportive. People of every skill level feel welcome. I have learned so much since coming to this studio! If you have a question, ask it! If you want to try a new pose, ask to! Their challenges are so much fun, and so creative. I have tried all sorts of classes and grown because of their challenges. I am grateful to have found this wonderful studio!

I have been attending SSY since they first opened. So many class times and variety in the schedule for a working mom, I even sneak out on my lunch break for the 45 min noon classes whenever I can!I am SO LUCKY to be able to share the beautiful gift that is yoga with both of my kids at Toddler and Family Yoga, all included in my membership!Every instructor is Top Notch, never intimidating, always there to help and encourage. The owners Sepi and Julie have created something really special in our hometown!

Love love love this studio! I was in Georgetown town working for a few weeks and made this studio my home. The teachers are caring, the vibe is great and they offer really great class times to fit with a hectic schedule! Thank you Soul Strong for your offerings! We appreciate it!

Soul Strong Yoga is THE best! I absolutely love this place. Julie and Sepi have done an amazing job creating a space that is naturally inclusive which is important for me. If you're looking for a studio that is welcoming and filled with gracious people, SSY is it.There are multiple classes throughout the day to fit all schedules and each of the instructors are great and have their own style when leading classes so you get variety. Mat rental is included in the cost of the monthly membership and tons of props, towels, and mat cleaner are provided.

Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years, Soul Strong offers a beautiful and healing space for your journey. There are a variety of classes, at various times, to suit your style and level of yoga. Also, every month, Soul Strong hosts fun workshops and events! All of the teachers offer their own personal take on the practice, which makes each class unique. Round Rock is extremely lucky to have this wonderful studio and business in their community.

I decided to give yoga a try to help with a nagging hip. I've been going for three weeks now and the results are starting to show. My hips are not nearly as tight and my overall strength is improving. All the instructors are top-notch!

What a gem of a yoga studio! It's super easy to find parking, there's a wide variety of classes and class times, and the instructors I've had so far have all been wonderful. Pricing is also super reasonable, which is always a plus.

I started at Soul Strong 3 weeks ago and I AM HOOKED! I absolutely love coming and spending time with these ladies. I look forward to my classes every day. Each girl teaches so different but all the same. I can’t wait to go back Thursday! Much love!

This studio is everything you need and nothing you don’t. Every time I’ve attended a class with Julie, I leave feeling restored and peaceful. As someone who has suffered with social anxiety for all of my adult life, this is a rare find. I will keep going and will always recommend soul strong yoga to anyone else.

Words cannot say how much this place means to me on so many levels. The morning classes are what best work for me, with getting my day started from a Flow class to the HIIT classes, however I have been to a night class as well for some much needed relaxing time. From the lovely and amazing woman that started this studio to all the beautiful people that teach there as well, Thank you! You are an amazing addition that was very much needed in our wonderful downtown Round Rock!!
