Decent gym with a lot of equipment. Easy to sign up and their staff is friendly. Wished they had more standard 28mm bars, but they have plenty of Texas bars.

This gym is great and everyone is really looking out for each other.

Very friendly and easy access.We were in town for 2 weeks and were able to get access very quickly and process was simple.Gym has all the equipment you need, although small space and you might have to wait at times but overall good.

Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Nice friendly staff, helpful gym goers helping with new equipment, and with 10/10 lighting and music.

I signed up at the end of June for the six month membership in advance (so roughly over 1 month ago.) Unfortunately with my schedule I can’t make it there as much as I’d like and I emailed in to cancel. I’ve only been to the gym twice so they can clearly see my membership isn’t being used and they refuse to cancel and upset me even further saying “oh and by the way your membership will renew at the end of December unless you come in to sign a form”.Don’t sign up for the 6 months. Keep your money and do month to month cause this place could care less about your problems and will just keep your money.

BEST GYM EVER !!!! Staff is WONDERFUL and members are so sweet and helpful. I remember the first time I went to the gym here I didn’t really know what was going on, and one of the members helped me out in my workout. To say this place is perfect is an understatement. Lighting for taking pictures and looking at pumps is INCREDIBLE and the equipment is ASTOUNDING and gives me a vibe of an old school gym, not a wonky commercial gym feeling. Lastly, I would like to say that the customer service that they provide is an 11/10, and the staff are so kind and helpful.

What a hidden gem!! We found it through our training coach and it was great when we found it but over the last couple of years the gym has gotten even better adding more equipment. All the necessary machines, bars, straps, mats, and cardio.My husband and I love training here. Everyone is friendly and it's always clean.

I have been here for a few years, and I have enjoyed my time at this gym. Everyone is great, and the environment is inviting/encouraging. My only complaint has been the size. Even before the renovation, the gym was quickly outgrown by the number of members. All I need is a power rack and a. Barbell to do 90% of my workouts, and I'm often waiting for equipment. I do recommend if you're able to work out during the off hours, you may find yourself struggling to do what you want otherwise.

Awesome local gym in Round Rock I found while visiting fam in Texas. It had everything I needed plus very friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers there to help. easy access, quick sign up and they even let you bring a friend. Equipment in great condition, nice upstairs cardio/legs area with smart TVs w/streaming apps. Highly recommend!

Love the vibe, the convenience, and they have everything I need. I was in town for an extended period of time to care of a relative in the hospital- I signed up online and they had my tag ready in an hour!! They have a cardio loft, with multiple types of machines, including spin bikes. They have free weights and basic machines as well as most everything you need for functional fitness/CrossFit style workouts: rowers, erg ski, full rigs, parallets, plyoboxes, and even a women’s barbell! Pretty much everything you need to get a great workout in! Because I’m there at all different times, I’ve seen all types of folks from student athletes, an inspiring group of women encouraging each other to work harder, parents with their kids (it’s a family friendly place), older folks staying healthy, and even more hard core folks who are focused on power lifting or making major gains. I’ve been there when it’s empty and I’ve been there when there’s more people and folks are friendly and it’s easy to even move equipment into the arena to spread out and set up a circuit or wod there when more folks are in the designated gym space. Price is great, atmosphere is great, and there’s no hassle so I stick with what I’m trying to do- workout!
