I started taking classes about 8 months ago and then signed up for one on one trainings with Mah Ann about 4 months ago. My life has seriously changed! I set goals and she is helping me accomplish those and so much more! I’ve gained knowledge, strength, and a whole new fitness family! I look forward to my workouts everyday that I go because I know I’ll get a killer workout every time! Mah Ann is extremely knowledgeable and will help you achieve any goal you may have. Prior to enrolling at Pro Fitness, I was a member of a local big box gym and took training classes.Here are some of the things I like about Mah-Ann's program(s): classes are prepared for those who just want to lose weight, tone up, build strength to the individual who is serious about body building and competing.Her class routines are ever-changing; workouts are always fresh and exciting.As a former competitor, Mah-Ann is commited to the growth and safety of her students. Also, her programs include helpful directions in nutrition. That alone helped me lose 25+ pounds in my first 6 months.In the time I have been training here the staff has been the same. There is no revolving door of trainers and managers, rather constancy in training techniques and familiarity of staff.One last thing, Mah-Ann is a message therapist. I have experienced an ease of being and increase of strength as a result of deep tissue massage breaking up the collagen in muscle tissue.I recommend Pro Fitness

I’ve been going to MahAnn for over a year now and I love her workouts. Thanks to her tough love and keeping me accountable I have lost over 30 pounds and have gained muscle. I am a new member to the Profit family I feel like I've always been a part of the group. Mah-Ann's training is top notch whether your a beginner or a fitness pro. She allows you to train at your level whatever that maybe. Her trainings techniques are unique and varied. They are challenging and the workouts never ever get boring. After most workout I leave with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction because I did exercises I have never done before. She helps you perfect techniques and form and encouraged you to do one more set or that extra rep. I love this gym and will too.

I was recommended to this gym from a friend last January for a glute and core slider class. I fell in love with the class it’s self and Mah-Ann instruction but also how welcomed I was made to feel. I have now continued with regular weight training classes that are not redundant and keeps my body guessing as to what’s coming next! If you want a great class, with awesome results and someone that will kick you into gear!!! You need to come here! It’s the best decision in a gym I have ever made and because I really enjoy the class and atmosphere.. I keep coming back for more!! 💪

I've been working with Mah-Ann for a couple month's now. I was the complete rookie of anything fitness and was completely embarrassed to even start. She's been a great teacher, super patient and is a down to earth person. Can't recommend a better place to be for starting a new lifestyle or for the experienced.
