I’ve been working with mahann for over 15 years! She is the most knowledgeable and inspiring trainer I’ve ever worked out with! She pushes you to new levels with every workout! Plus I love our fit fam!!

I gotta thank Mah-Ann for being such an awesome down to earth coach. She really pays attention to the way your lifting weights properly without injurying yourself. When i first came to her a couple years ago, my knees were so bad and i couldnt even do a situp without it hurting my tailbone. Today i am so much stronger and i owe it all to her. I no longer have issues with my tailbone and my knees are strong and dont ache at all. Thank you for believing in me and pushing me to my limits. I've had the pleasure of attending Mah-Ann's Pro Fitness over the last several years - took some time off in the middle, but am back because I've not found another trainer or other classes that keep me motivated like the structure Mah-Ann has set up at Pro Fitness. In addition to every class being different, interesting, and challenging, the people who attend are encouraging, fun, and inspiring. Mah-Ann and Lisa are both such kind people and only want the best for their students. Mah Ann is the best! I’ve worked with Mah Ann for over 4 years; she has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition! Although challenging, Mah Ann makes exercise fun with her inspiration, guidance and “never boring” classes!
