I’ve been weightlifting competitively for years and visited MANY CrossFit boxes. This one has some of most welcoming and encouraging athletes I’ve ever met. The coach Greg was awesome—great leadership and energy. He also spent over an hour chatting with me after my first WOD talking about fitness goals and experiences which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning.
