My daughter is enrolled in the parent toddler gymnastics. She’s loving it and Lesly is so sweet and patient with the kids. I’m recommending my cousin and my best friend to come with their toddlers too. I’m very excited to see my daughter grow as a gymnast. The establishment it’s self is big and clean.

Great facility, clean, lots of equipment to train on including a ninja course with a warped wall. They also have many championships to their name.

We’ve been with Epic almost 10 years now and love it! Yes they may be slower at getting to the fancier tricks but it’s because they focus on strength and getting them perfect. I’ve seen so many more injuries at other gyms and few at Epic. I’d rather have my daughter stay injury free than doing fancy tricks she’s not ready for. I’ve seen gymnasts at other gyms doing tricks sloppy or barely getting their head off the ground when doing back handsprings. Going to meets and seeing how our structure is compared to other gyms, ours is by far one of the best. We’ve see gymnast after gymnast go to other gyms because they don’t trust the Epic process. Most of them have quit gymnastics not long after or suffered major injuries and regretting their decision. We’re happy and won’t be going anywhere else!!!

This place is clean and organized. We did our trial and out daughter really loved it. We have been to other places that aren't as structured as this place. After our trial we brought signed our daughter up and they went right to work helping her do the splits balance beam spring board amon many other things. If you kids a little wild it looks like they also have an awesome ninja warrior class as well.

Update: we switched to a different night and have been working with Coach Mike and Coach Brett. They both really know their stuff and are engaged. Significant improvement. We hope they both stick around for a while!Im impressed overall with Epic and the wide variety of classes they offer however, Marcus the Ninjas coach leaves a bit to be desired. He is nice as a person and have nothing against him personally but as an overall ninja instructor he really lacks the enthusiasm and energy needed to effectively be teaching the littlekids. I have noticed over the last few weeks during the hour long class, that the students spend a good 10-15 minutes just standing around with out much instruction and direction or Marcus shows off doing tricks and stunts on the equipment versus actual instruction or examples of what to do. This happens a few times throughout class so by the time class ends the kids have only been actively participating and running the ninja course for about 30 minutes. I'm not paying $70+/mo for my kids to just stand and horse around. I have a friend in his other ninja class who's expressed similar concerns with the front desk. I would like to see more hands on and intentional Instruction with a bit more structure and have Marcus really utilize the time allotment for class and excite and engage with these kids.

The progress that I have seen with my daughter is amazing! Her first coach was Sarah, she was teaching the classes for a while when my daughter started. We loved her! Yes, she is strict but best believe she corrected her students making sure the kids form is close to perfect! She is very firm with her teachings. She stopped teaching the discovery classes and now teaches the older girls (Competition). We were upset for a while because the earlier classes were going through different instructors/coaches... but finally my daughter classes has a set coach, Noa Matsuzaki! She has such a big heart! My daughter is now loving gymnastics more! Noa is an excellent coach! Extremely patient and nice with the kids. She truly loves seeing her students be successful in their skill development. I love how she gives me feedback about my daughter and asked what can she do to help her be more successful. The only thing I had to say was to be a little more strict on my child. My daughter is definitely loving her coach,Noa. That when she gets home she starts practices her skills to show her in the next class!

We have enjoyed Epic Gymnastics programs very much. Our daughter attends their ballet and gymnastics classes. They have been very easy to work with, especially with their website. Makes enrollment and make up classes very simple. Coach Noah is my daughters coach for both ballet and gymnastics and we’ve loved working with her! The rest of their coaches we’ve come met have been wonderful as well.
